What a great place to be. It was very nice meeting the owner and the way he takes care of you. I have never been treated like this. Or my cars, they are very thorough and very good at what they do I recommend they come back and I will recommend that to people that I know. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

It was excellent ! I had an electrical issue due to moisture , byefore he coyld checit out the issue stopped he did not proceed with suspect part becausse he couldnt confirm it was bad.

They were professional from the start. They had a waiting list that would put me out a couple of weeks, but since I was able to leave my truck, they started on it within a couple of days. They were very upfront with what they needed to do and the potential cost. Once they found the problem, they adjusted the cost down to match the actual job. I really appreciate a shop that is honest, fair, and has wonderful service. They even took the time to check in with me about a week after I picked my truck up. I've NEVER received that kind of treatment from a mechanic. You've earned a new customer from someone new to the area. Keep up the amazing customer service!

I’ve brought my car here twice and Scott and his team were nothing short of amazing to me. Scott explained what was wrong with my car, didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, he was totally honest with me and they did a great job! Fairly priced too. Scott even texted me a couple days later to make sure things were good. They definitely have a repeat customer in me!

They were fast to get me in and helped me with a mechanical failure I couldn’t get done in a timely manner anywhere else and at a more affordable cost.

I've brought several cars to Rock Auto and had a good experience each time. They are up front about cost and fairly priced . Recently, Scott and his team helped me replace my transmission on my Subaru Impreza. They discovered the transmission was bad and gave me a quote. They were very reasonable and answered all my questions. Once my new transmission arrived at the shop, the car was fixed quickly. Very satisfied with their service.

Rock Auto is awesome. I'd never used them before but they came across as fair, honest and transparent with their services and pricing. They kept us up to date with the details of the work and were honest about additional components that could use some maintenance, without trying to scare or pressure us into paying for additional services. They were recommended to us by a friend and l would gladly recommend them to others.

The entire shop went above and beyond my expectations! From the front office, to the shop they all did fantastic. I dropped my vehicle off the night before, and they had it done before noon the next day. Prices are extremely fair, and work is excellent! Scott & Co took care of some major repairs for me. He was honest about what needed to be done and what was not urgent. Charged much less than another repair place had quoted, and got it all done the same day.

This was my first time going to Rock Auto. I was very happy with all of the work they performed on my vehicle. I was also very very impressed with the warranty they give on the work they do. I liked the vehicle courtesy check and pictures they text to me of issue that were important now or needed to be checked in the future. I would definitely go back if I need work in the future that I can't do myself.

Scheduled to get my spark plugs and coils done and got a price within a hour. They ordered the parts and they were there by noon and my car was out by 3. Very quick service, very professional and service is outstanding. Definitely recommending to them to anyone who needs work done.
