Dental Hygienist Diane is outstanding. She is very personable and professional and lets you know what is about to happen. She cleans the teeth so efficiently that’s it’s over before you know it! I can’t say enough positive things about her. Dr. Mallipeddi is very friendly also and knows her profession very well. I left the office feeling good about my visit. Pretty nice feeling to not dread going to the dentist!

My husband & I became patients of BFD a year ago. Since childhood I have had a fear of dental procedures, even cleanings. However, this office has been absolutely wonderful to me. The front office staff is friendly, yet professional. Dr. Mallipeddi and Abby have got me thru several crowns in the last couple months, they were so kind and compassionate. I would recommend this practice to anyone! They are the best!!

Pros:Friendly staff, flexible, accommodating scheduling process.

Cons: poor bedside manner from dentist and hygienist, assistants were caring and kind. Clinical skills of the dentist were subpar. Expressed concerns didn't seem to be heard by the dentist. Over all felt I like just an insurance claim/payment not like a person/patient
