Service is very knowledgeable and friendly. Wide selection of everything and fair prices can’t beat it in any store in southwest Michigan. The store is also very clean. If you sell anything to them you will get more than any other store out there. I highly recommend comming and checking out the place!

Pretty good used video game store with a decent selection of games ranging from the Sega Genesis all the way to the Nintendo Switch. I’ve bought a Nintendo switch from this location before as well as several games. They also sell used CDs, Blue Rays, and DVDs as well. I’m a used video game collector so I’m more acquainted with the video game products they sell here, and they have a few collectors items like a sealed copy of Pokémon red and blue and some pretty rare systems. Overall I strongly recommend coming here if you’re like me and like to buy your games second hand!

My grandson got me started going to your store the one in Portage Michigan now I buy all my movies and TV shows from you and my grandson brings in his old PlayStation so he can put that toward other video games from you your prices are very reasonable and everyone there is so friendly and very knowledgeable you can tell they all enjoy working there I will give you more than five stars if I could

ZERO, ZILCH, NO STARS HOWEVER TO YOU, SIR, AT THE COUNTER.
The shorter than average (5'6" ish) bald headed (maybe shaved) middle-aged, heavier in the middle man at the counter taking money about 5pm on Saturday, March 18th, 2023 when I, a taller than average, long-haired, middle-aged, heavier in the middle woman 😉🤪🤣 came in inquiring about an Xbox360 guitar hero or rockband guitar controller (counter person who helped me with that question was great!) I browsed awhile, made my selections (several) and waited patiently in line. Not everyone appreciates the rude, crude banter from counter person to customer. One particular counter person/cashier was rude and "joking" with everyone inappropriately and loudly. He told one customer, "We fancy ourselves comedians."...... but no one was laughing. When it was my turn in line, I approached with a question about a game I was considering. I was rudely told that "No, that game didn't come with a cord, I'd have to have everything already at home to play it, or purchase it." When I said it came with one originally, again was told very rudely,"No, it didn't, and if it did, it came in a big box with a guitar, too." He then proceeded to laugh at me, as if to say, "Stupid woman doesn't know anything. " I tried explaining that no, actually, it could/ would have had a cord, I was then ignored, and he started talking to another coworker and customer. I had 6 or 7 games I'd handed him intending to purchase (he handed them off to another to find), but after that exchange, I was dumbfounded, looking at him like, really??? Instead of asking if they had the cord for me to purchase, like I would have had it been a different employee, I only said "No never mind" and left without making any purchase at all. I really wish I'd caught his name, and I HOPE HE SEES THIS. (Or maybe I'll be sure to show him if I have the misfortune of interacting with him again) I hope that if I stick to mornings like usual when I visit, I can avoid another interaction with that employee.

My son and I were looking to thrift and the staff on hand was very helpful. My son left with a big smile on his face thanks to Zachery.

They have great deals and a wide selection of classic video games in here. I was very impressed by the employee who helped me. He came off as kind, knowledgeable and genuine. Will be back when I'm driving through Kalamazoo

I came and sold a bunch of collectors edition games and was very pleased. Lou was friendly, fast, and thorough when going through my stuff and giving me a beyond generous value of my stuff. I will be back because of his excellent service!

We went in there and had a huge selection of games, they had some very hard to find games. My son went in there and got four DS games, he was happy when we finally found Professor Layton!

Bought a used PS4. It had an error on the hard drive. They swapped me out and I am good to go. I love coming here. Great store.

Excellent and wide titles selection of old & new. DVD, BLURAY, GAMES, ANIME, VR. Some really neat legacy formats and A/V memorabilia. Reasonable pricing, friendly helpful service

I feel like I usually get good rates for my trade-ins; honestly better than GameStop. I often take the store credit because they have a very good selection of games across all platforms. Lots of movies too.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I have sold and bought games and movies here. You get fair money for items sold or you can get more value outta items by trading them for store credit. I have bought a used PS3 and a used PS4 and have owned them both for more than a year and have had no problems with either of them. I definitely recommend checking this place out before buying brand new!

Great deals here. I've bought a ton of movies and some games too and have only had an issue with one movie out of probably nearly 100. Not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great value. I highly recommend checking out Second Chance.

This is honestly my favorite store for movies, games, and consoles. The prices are very fair, almost always beating out any other prices you could get. The customer service is also very good, as I am never left waiting for too long, even if they are busy. They are always more than happy to help with anything I might need assistance for, even on things that may not necessarily benefit them, such as technical advice. As far as selling things here, I've never had any issues with them not taking anything that I should be able to reasonably sell, and their buying prices are also very fair. Overall, this is the best store that I've ever visited for games and movies, and I'm proud to be supporting a great local business.

Great staff, and a great selection of movies, games, music, and even game consoles. Everything I've purchased has been high quality and working, only one time did something break, and they fixed it themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot to save some money on games and dvd's. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. This seems to be a labor of love for them. Trade-in prices are solid too - got more than I expected for some retro gear in store credit. Highly recommend supporting this place over some of the local game-chains.

Friendly staff who try to process "buys" quickly and efficiently. They provide decent cash offers for used items and have good prices when looking to purchase. Great selection and we always seem to find a classic movie or the latest game that we were searching for!
