Chili's Grill & Bar

I've been here a few times in the last year. I have to say that regardless of being short staffed, everything was amazing. One cook, one server and they did great. The food was hot and delicious, the server was very attentive, even being the only one there. These days good help is hard to find and keep. The best burgers in town, and basically for the same price as a fast food joint. I plan on making Chili's in Portage my go to spot from here on out.

Megan, with the long dark brown hair and piercings, gave me the best service I’ve ever had not only at Chili’s but out of probably anywhere I’ve gone. It’s nice to see hospitality is alive and well. Thanks Megan.

Went in a few days ago and had a great experience. We haven’t been to Chilis in forever, and decided it was time to go back! I’m so glad we did, it was a great experience. Our server, Chloe C, did such an awesome job and went above and beyond “good service” that we had to get her name to leave a review. Thank you Chilis, and as far as food goes, I recommend their Chicken Crispers & a Margarita!!

The food was so good I didn’t expect the steak to be so well made but the only downside was the asparagus could have been steamed more because it was very crunchy but the service and overall experience was the best I had in chili’s in years great manager and staff thanks I’m coming back to try the fajitas

The atmosphere was amazing the food was awesome love the mozzarella bricks, so Big and cheesey, I got full on that triple dipper, I didn't get a chance to eat my big mouth bacon ranch burger the food is so amazing can't wait to go back again.

My wife and I loveeeees this place! We try to go at least once every two weeks. For the most part the food is always cooked perfectly. It’s probably only been one time my steak wasn’t cooked the way I like it but no biggie. I get the same meal every time which is pictured below. They also have great staff and great President Margaritas.

Went to the Chili's in Portage for lunch a few days ago. The food was delicious, the service perfect, and it was surprisingly busy for lunch-or so I thought.
The cheesecake was delicious and big sized.
Definitely will go back.

This woman named Deserae made my experience at Chilis one of the best experiences I ever had at any other restaurant if it wasn't her I probably wouldn't of enjoyed it as much as she made it

The food and drinks were great!! Great atmosphere, but I feel guests were seated too close together even though the restaurant wasn't crowded

Live the servers at this restaurant. Sometimes the food isn't always the best but they do a good job if your not satisfied with your money spent.

My First time eating at Chili's 🌶 food was good yummy 🤤 I had baby back ribs, loaded potatoes 😋 and street corn 🌽 , strawberry 🍓 lemonade 🍋 juice

I feel like Chilis is one of the most slept on chain restaurants in the business. I think it is everything that Applebees wants to be but is not capable of matching. To start the pricing is amazing. My girlfriend and I can get in and out of there under $25. Not to mention the free chips and salsa every visit. This is our go to spot and the service has always been amazing. Also, the food is exactly what you would expect every time. More people need to know about this place.
