Great professional efficient team of guys came and installed a new large built-in refrigerator for us. They had to change the waterline for the ice maker and did everything perfectly!
I’m very very impressed with the high quality type of people that Agren hires and how well they all work together .
I highly recommend them for all appliance purchases , as they previously installed a new dishwasher for me and a new Washer / Dryer combo and those are working great.

This is my first time using Agren. I could not be more pleased! From the moment I walked into the store to today's delivery, the process has been amazingly easy.
I ordered my new refrigerator on Tuesday & it was delivered and hooked up today (Saturday). Kevin, my sales person was extremely professional & helpful. The two gentleman who delivered the fridge were efficient, and made sure it was 100% level and functioning correctly.
I would definitely buy from Agren & would recommend this company to others.

Robert, at the So. Portland store, responded to my inquiry quickly, and he spent a long time and extended a lot of patience with all of my many questions. He found the perfect W/D COMBO For me, and it was delivered a week later, this morning. I can't say enough good things about Robert's assistance. I would never have bought an appliance over the phone without dealing with someone with his kind of help. The delivery men were due at 8:30 am, and within just a few minutes, my machine was all set up and ready to go. They did have to remove one door from my tiny laundry room, but it looks great and allows more storage space where my washer and dryer used to be. I have always had good luck with Agren, and I will continue to use them for my kitchen appliances. The best I've ever had in purchasing an item.

On time, friendly, courteous and did a prefect job installing a new washer & dryer. They cleaned up after and took all packaging materials. Would recommend.

Dave and Bret did a great job installing a Zephyr range hood in our stable 2nd floor rental apartment. It was not easy as there is no attic with only 10-12" to the roof. I had to coordinate with the roofer to install the exhaust vent roof cap at the same time. It all went well and the installers were very patient, understanding and detail oriented despite some issues that had to be resolved during the process. We are very happy with the entire install and would not hesitate to use Agren again.

I contacted Agren about my older dryer. Unlike most appliance repair people locally, they answered the phone, Yay Agren!
They were able to get me on their schedule in a reasonable amount of time.
They confirmed our appointment and later contacted me to let me know just when the tech would arrive.
The tech, Drew, was wonderful. He was gentle moving the equipment, did a thorough inspection, explained what was wrong and what to look for in the future.
I am so happy and highly recommend Agren and their service.

I'm really happy with the delivery of my new refrigerator and freezer. They had to carry the refrigerator up stairs. My house is pretty tight, but they were very cautious that nothing was damaged. I appreciate the quality of service that I've gotten from Agrens.

Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with my new stove and dishwasher.
The guys that delivered my appliances were friendly and efficient. Stove guys removed the old stove and brought in the new one swiftly. They also educated me on the first use.
The dishwasher installation was more involved, but Tyler (“the red-headed guy”) was very quick and showed me the operating buttons when he was done testing it.
I LOVE that they have their own Service Department. I hope I won’t need it, but if I do I know I’m in good hands.
Any future appliances I need will be purchased at Agren’s!

Purchased from South Portland store and installed in two weeks time. Excellent knowledgeable friendly service . Was familiar with the dishwasher I purchased and was able to answer questions. Installation went smoothly. Had also purchased a new refrigerator last December which was never properly installed (was not leveled) by the three people that installed it and he gladly offered to fix the situation and explained why it was important for proper functioning . Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and will request this installer in the future if possible!

I love to shop my appliances with Agren because of their awesome customer service! The employees are informative and professional. We always have great experience with them. On our recent purchase, we got a washer and dryer there. The store manager, George helped us get the Memorial Day sale and also provided us with the rebate information. We are very happy with his service.

Best customer service and pricing in the industry. Truly top-notch, when I came in with an appliance emergency, they were able to ship me the exact product I needed within a few days. I have made my last several appliance purchases through Agren and could not have been happier with my experience.

He listened to what we wanted/ showed us a perfect match and it arrived yesterday, The fellows who delivered and installed refrigerator were also terrific- very nice guys who greeted our insane dog, installed the fridge very quickly, left us all the instructions and the whole process went. very quickly.
