The Nuggett

Found another good place to eat. Everything was fresh, tasty and nice proportions. Also our server Jen was outstanding for service. We'll definitely be back.
Came back 4 weeks later and out lunch was very good. We had the Cod fillets, clam chowder (excellent), the large plate of baked potato, chili and salad. All were very good and why we'll be back next time we're out this way shopping. Sorry I forgot to pic the Cod fillets but they were delicious.

Sounds like years of having it look one way is going to change soon! If you want to remember this place as it was you better go soon and take picture of it! Change is good but will be sad to not see the natural wood interior anymore and bar the way it has been since the 80s!

Waitress was amazing food was excellent the ambience is incredible!! On the inside it all looks like reclaimed barn wood which looks awesome!!

Stuffed potatoes are sooo good!! Also broccoli and cheddar bite are fire!!! Friendly staff cool atmosphere

Absolutely delicious and amazing staff! Took family from out of town to eat here today. We were quickly seated, greeted, and served. The food was delightful and after an hour of being there, we're still stuffed! They were amazed by the hospitality and we'll definitely be coming back again!

It was an amazing experience. We went for drinks and dinner. I had the cod fish sandwich and fries and it was very good. My husband had the shrimp and clams that came with salad. The salad was the best i had in a long time. The drinks were amazing. My favorite one was the hot cherry pie.. I highly recommend this establishment!

The host at the bar was hospitable the food price was reasonable and the food is also great try the hot wings or the mozzarella sticks... Also the french dip sandwich is perfect. This place has a cheers bar feel where everyone knows your name even if you're the new guy in town.

We were a group of 7. They were able to accommodate us right away. Our server was new and nervous, but she gave us excellent service. The appetizers were great! You have to have the mushrooms. The meals were very good. I had smothered chicken breast on a bed of wild rice. They were smothered with onions, mushrooms, peppers and provolone cheese. Delicious! The only drawback is that my broccoli was cold.

Great bar been there since 1981 like the barber pole and golf tees in the bottles food is filling

Was able to talk to the owner while eating. This place is pretty historic having been here a long time. The food was great and the waitresses were very attentive. They serve just enough food to fill your stomach and a little more. Just the way I like it! Will definitely be back for more food and pictures.

The Nugget has new ownership! Great comfort food at very reasonable prices! One of the best Salmon fillet salads I've tasted anywhere! Great burgers and other dishes as well. Try their strawberry short cake.

Very good pub food, but they do have a full menu. Just stopped in for a beer and a bite on a Saturday afternoon, so we didn't try any of their entrées. Decided we will be back sometime soon for dinner, even though it's a bit of a drive from us.

Nice atmosphere and food is good. Tried many items on menu and have not been disappointed yet. Desserts are like homemade :) the bar is nicely displayed and stocked. Staff is very welcoming. We enjoy eating here or just popping in for a drink.

We go out to eat Regularly. We have found Nugget food and staff, friendly and Great Tasting every time we go...
The menu is good size, and we Love the variety.... The Cleanliness of the Restaurant is second to none. Always looks freshly cleaned...

I love The Nuggett! Dark, dreary, soft lighting, with an old-style approach. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the food is good and reasonably priced as well. The service is always great at this downtown Niles dive! Go see for yourself!

Very friendly staff and an impressive menu including an awesome vegan menu. I had the smothered steak (onions, green and red peppers) with steamed broccoli. The steak was cooked perfectly. I'm going back tomorrow for lunch to try some of the vegan menu. I highly suggest The Nugget!

This place was good. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was very good and one of my sisters had the tilapia and she loved it! The staff was friendly and our drinks were never empty! We ended up being the last table there and the staff still made us feel welcome and did not rush us or make us feel uncomfortable at all! We will be back to this little gem in downtown Niles!
