Stephen, Brandon, Dominic and Ricky we're absolutely amazing. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Jiffy is very fortunate to have employees like these four. I will definitely be going back again, there is no other place I will go to locally. Their personalities make your business!

The guys at Biddeford ME location were all awesome. All polite, friendly and social. They also all seemed to get along and work well together. We would definitely return for future service. I was extremely happy to learn they were also an inspection station. I was able to get all my service needs completed in a one stop shop. Also loved that I didn’t have to make an appt. First come first serve is an amazing service option! Great job guys!

I get asked about this place because it is next to Taco Bell where I go often. As I drive buy, it looks clean and well maintained. I used them once to evaluate a car I was buying. They were polite and friendly on that occasion.

I was having some trouble with my battery and they helped me readjust it to get it working. They were about to close in a few minutes and helped me out free of charge. They were two younger guys. They were both extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

Service was super speedy and efficient. Price was reasonable also, especially with the online coupon

The two young workers were fast, professional, and friendly -- and this was early on a Sunday morning, on New Year's Eve, when most kids their age would be hung over and sloppy. They should be commended for their hard work.

Came in for a state inspection not expecting to be able to get it done same day, when the girl saw the year of my car she said she could squeeze it in real quick. Amazing customer service they definitely went above and beyond! Will be back next year!

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They didn't have the right type of oil or filter but were able to order it for a week later. The other garage I went to nearby just said "sorry, try somewhere else." I was happy with the service.

This place customer service is outstanding. Dropped by to get an inspection. As I thought I needed brakes all the way around. Great deal btw I had priced them out beforehand. Brought both my cars in at same time and decided to leave my car overnight. I was unable to get back to pick up the car for most of the week. They were amazing. Great job on breaks, a tire had been plugged for free. They even cleaned the snow off the car for me. Always had excellent service here before, but now I'm sending everyone I know there. People you can trust is rare these days.

Great Customer service the manager Zack and Corey were a great help and explained everything I needed to know and what exactly needed to be done they communicated very well they went above and beyond on everything that I was asking questions about my vechile I definitely will be back at tgat jiffylube in biddeford I recommend anyone who needs work done or has questions about there vechile to go to that store or the south portland store thankyou to everyone at jiffylube who helped with my vechile you did an outstanding job very greatful for all of you

I was greeted immediately upon arriving and the oil change was done quickly, and the staff were friendly and professional. I almost didn't go here because of other negative reviews on Google but I had a good experience and would use them again.

I would only post a review for a business if it is a memorable experience, period. I have received excellent service on my 2007 Subaru that made me feel like I have brought in a Lamborghini to a high end shop. John and Trevor were very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about the needs of my car. This place earned my loyalty for years to come!
