Lynnhaven mall's location is my fave! The employees are fantastic, prompt, professional and comforting. Maxie, David, Lizzie, to name just a few, and many others are always pleasant. They've offered assistance, made sure we are aware of the latest promotion and even made a couple online options instantly available. We (my daughter and I) routinely see workers walking through store making sure merchandise is neatly stacked and orderly. This is a model store. The HT team exhibits high standards here, very impressive.

Very nice. Lots of tables inside and outside for travelers to sit and eat.

Hours 12:00 p.m. to 6:00p.m. call Corporate office when at 12:10 p.m. know one there....Corporate put me on hold and tried and then came back on the line and said "You are right not open.... So he was going to call his Supervisor and find out why....It was about 12:30 p.m. before the doors were open.....

Why do they call it Hot Topic? Because that's exactly what you'll be when you show up anywhere in these fresh, fly threads! You'll be knocking everyone out with one look just like Saitama! This is a great store with phenomenal staff 10/10 dancing 🦀

I always enjoy going in to see what crazy things they have. Got my Pikachu slippers there once and I love the Pokemon stuff they have from time to time.

The staff is always so sweet :') super fun place to shop, I always look forward to going there even if I don't end up purchasing anything

Hot topic was amazing! Met some super cool ladies at the register 😜 and found some cool shirts and Funko pops 😎 will be back for more

Honestly one of my favorite stores since I was a kid. They always have a lot of trendy alternative items and anime merchandise. Staff is always nice as well as the clientele.

I love the store but unfortunately is in the mall and the mall is not like it used to be anymore maybe is due to the pandemic people are just ordering online nowadays that really is a down song because I used to like going to the mall 😭

There was a lady with really big breasts and she was wearing something rather revealing. I enjoyed the veiw, but I am not sure if it's up to dress code, and I think it should be allowed.

Staff are always very nice and helpful, they carry all kinds of things from various movies or tv shows. Plus they always have some sort of deal doing on!

Great product and the lady working there was so helpful. They didn't have the size t-shirt I was looking for so she ordered it for me and with in-store pickup, it's free shipping

It isn't the same Hot Topic as 15 years ago, but it's still a great place for clothing apparel and piercing jewelry.

Decent clothing for rock fans definitely one of my favorite stores on the mall

Was just killing time at the mall but always enjoy a wonder through Hot Topic. Fun clothes and body jewelry to choose from. Always on top of new trends.

Extremely polite, friendly staff. They were even able to settle a minor dispute between my twelve year old and myself. FYI Child-1 Mom-0

In the mall, hot topic was a staple of my youth, glad they still exist, bought my first gauges from here, keep it going guys. 😁
