Heather is amazing! Finding a provider that can help you feel your needs are understood and supported most times feels impossible, but working with Heather has been all of that and more. She makes you feel respected and cared about, is incredibly knowledgeable and gives feedback that helps guide you to make choices that are best for you. Being new to the area, it was so helpful to find an office that can support your health care needs as well as your mental health needs all in the same place. Their staff is friendly and making and rescheduling appointments is a breeze. I also appreciate that I never have had to wait more then 10 mins to be seen.

We love this office. The team of providers they have are amazing! They care, they communicate, they are prompt with your appointments. I have never had any issues receiving refills on medication. (It doesn’t take three days for them to call it in). Highly recommend this office for any of your family’s needs.

I love this practice! I was recommended to come here for psychiatric care by my therapist, and I could not be more pleased. Heather Boyce is my provider and I have never felt so seen or heard by a mental health provider before. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to get to know them. I really feel like she cares about me as a patient and a person. I recommend anyone looking for psychiatric care to come here!

So far they have been amazing and extremely friendly! I was looking for a new primary doctor and had no idea what I was doing. When I called they were so helpful and told me all the steeps I needed to do. Once I filled out my new patent paperwork I just had to wait for them to call. They called me 2 days latter and I set up my first appointment! I have not had my appointment yet but so far 10 out of 10. The woman they have at reception deserves a raise!!! She did a great job making me feel very welcome and explained everything great.

Heather Boyce is great to work. She definitely shows how much she cares about my well-being and unfortunately that isn’t very common in medical professionals these days. I have met with a few different primary care providers (apparently they keep quitting..?) and each one has been just as compassionate and thoughtful as the last.

Heather Boyce is hands down one of the best. I hadn’t had my medication adjusted for 10 years due to a bad experience. Heather adjusted my meds and for the first time in so many years I am getting back to I used to be. Heather I can never thank you enough!

Great! I was looking for a new PCP and they were accepting. All my appointments have been straight forward, quick, and included helpful action steps. I was able to easily get referrals to other specialist I needed to address my concerns.

Haven't had an issue scheduling appointments or getting in (even with short notice). Kelly Reid, FNP-C is wonderful!! She answered all my questions and is friendly. 😊

Excellent office! They make it easy to schedule and also have automated reminders. Makes life much easier than other places I've been. Always on time.

I absolutely love this office. Heather has been amazing to me! She takes her time with you, listens and makes it her mission to help. I have never felt more seen and heard than I have when I am speaking with her. She addresses any concerns I have, comes up with a plan and we work TOGETHER to change things. The whole office has been so wonderful! I can't recommend them enough!!

I love this office! Not only is it convenient to have my psychiatrist, PCP, and therapist all in one office, they are incredible people! Professional, down to earth, and very knowledgeable about their occupations, I can put faith in my team to ensure I have the proper care.

This office is absolutely incredible. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely loves what they do. Having a primary care and psychiatry clinic in the same place allows healing as a full individual. Heather Boyce and Michael Bailey are godsends. They both really showed true care with my health, were immensely supportive, and really took time to develop and formulate a plan that works for me. 10/10!

Every doctor I’ve seen here has been very helpful and actually listen to your problems. The front desk staff is quick and very friendly. Love coming here!!

The office just moved to a new location. The staff had been wonderful with every interaction from phone, virtual and in person. Kim and Bailey are the ones I have the most interactions with, they are wonderful clinicians to work with and truly improved my life. I don’t know where I would have been without their presence in my life.

These set of providers, specifically Kimberly Loomis and Kelly Reid, are exceptional caregivers. They are patient and receptive, always making sure you are heard. They are the first set of primary care focused providers that I have come to recommend. This office also allows you to have different type of providers under one roof. I see my two providers for different things, but I find that they work together on my care. I cannot recommend them more!

Heather Boyce has been a joy to work with. I feel like I've got my life back thanks to her and her willingness to help. She takes the time to get to know you and understand you and genuinely cares about her patients. I cant say enough good things about her!

My journey with mental health has been a long process, but Michigan Psychiatric and Primary care has been with me through so much of it. The staff if wonderful, the office is beautiful and everyone there wants the very best for you. I highly recommend them and even after moving an hour away still see them instead of going to a new and closer clinic.

Staff are super friendly, Ryan the MA is a superstar. Never had an issue getting in to be seen or have any of my questions answered even outside of the office, they are always very diligent. Super happy I came across this office.
