Great products, had a good sale going on. Nice large store, plenty of space to move around and not be crowded.

The store was well stocked and the young man who waited on me was very helpful. I love that it is in a strip mall. One of the best BBW I've been in.

This location has a lot of fragrances that the Crossroads Mall in Portage does not carry. Ended up getting 2 of the Fiji Shower gels for the semi annual sale. Saw it online and it sounded amazing but wanted to smell fragrance in person. There were other fragrances (like the Fruity Sherbet Scoopppq my go-to Sun kissed Raspberry shower gels) that I considered buying too that the Crossroads also does not carry and I appreciate being able to smell them in person rather than buying online (although bath and body works has done fantastic online exclysives). Just appreciate the selection.

Such a well clean store that was amazing well stocked! The girl that greeted me at the door was happy to explain a,couple of coupons I received in the mail. The cashier was so friendly! I got 4 3-wick candles, one body lotion and a roll on perfume for less then $60! So excited to be a customer for this business. Thank you for wonderful people, tons of amazing products and reasonable prices (keep those coupons coming lol)

I love the all the great coupons I get from here. Friendly service kudos to Max 😀 he knows me when I come through the door and knows just what I'm looking for.

As always, the staff are experts at maximizing the product to dollar ratio. I brought 3 coupons from a mailer, plus I took advantage of the daily special. Walked out the door with $70 in goods for around $22. Fantastic for stocking stuffers! Everyone should smell good for the holidays!

Really nice customer service right when we walk in. They are always changing the scents and other offerings based on the season. We get coupons all the time and they are for good deals and free stuff. They also have products for men and things for the home, a great place to shop for gifts.

Very helpful staff. Found out the scents I liked were out of stock and was offered replacement scents that were very similar to what I liked.

Shout out to Sammie for exceptional customer service! I wasn’t aware of the annual candle sale until 10 mins before close. But she kept a register open for me to be able to come in and buy what I wanted. I’m personally in retail management myself, and I just wanted to share some appreciation for her cs. Sammie went out of her way and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Thank you Sammie!!!

Everyone is so very helpful, but never pushy. They help you, but don't linger. There are always new scents to check out. They are extremely organized when it comes to keeping customers safe from COVID, too.

The first day I went was on Candle day (12/1) and although it was super busy, there was a lot of room and staff was more than willing to go out of their way to help. There are so many more choices at this store than the mall. Although I love the store in the mall as well. Overall 5 stars!

I love Bath & Body Works! I frequently buy their Foaming Hand Soaps to gift to friends and family. I am especially happy about the new store on W. Main in Maple Hill Mall next door to Hobby Lobby. Employee Bri was so helpful and friendly! I will definitely be visiting this conveniently located store again as the holiday season approaches.
