Courtyard by Marriott St Louis Downtown West

Amazing staff! Like best staff I have ever seen! Food is really good and super safe location with the Missouri FBI being the next building over. Only small complaint is the beds are a little stiff for my taste. I stay here all the time and it’s my all time favorite hotel

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Rooms were clean and nice amenities with cornhole and patio seating in courtyard and a gym. Cafe area serves drinks in the evenings and breakfast and Starbucks in the morning. Breakfast is pricey but great to have when we couldn't get out. The service was really great in the Cafe and at the front desk. The staff was some of the best I've encountered at a hotel. Rooms have a great view of the city and must be well insulated. I never heard another person while we were there. Location is 5-10 min from most of the popular attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. There were 3 of us and 2 beds and a sofa bed, so it was perfect! It was in a good location and near what we needed. Staff was friendly. It was a good experience!

I would have gave room 5 stars. Bathroom vent fan did not work. Otherwise the room was perfect and spotless.

Wonderful staff with newly renovated property, secure parking and convenient location to downtown STL, Union Station and the STL Zoo

We had our wedding party stay here. The hotel catered to all of our need. All the guest commented to us how nice and clean the hotel was. I cannot say enough about the employees. Everyone went out of there way to make our stay pleasurable.

I took a weekend getaway to St. Louis and made a reservation here because of the location. Once I arrived I was greeted with smiling faces and welcoming attitude. The young lady at the front counter was so nice and checked me in quickly. She suggested different rooms and gave me an option. I was very thankful for that because I was able to get a room with a balcony. The front lobby was clean and very appealing. I was so tired from my long drive that I forgot to take pictures of the room. The room was very clean and nice. There wasn't a microwave or fridge in the room if I'm not mistaken you have to request it. We were able to walk to the Union Station which was great because we didn't have to pay for parking. If I'm every in town again I most definitely will stay.

We hosted a networking reception before going to a CITY SC game across the street and we could not have received better service. Neel, Robin, Brianna, Georgia all went above and beyond to provide great service. And the appetizers they served were delicious too!

My stay at this hotel has been overall a good experience. Pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff, specifically of the concierges and service. Has a great night there …Thank you for the brilliant service. We will be back for our next anniversary if we have time to visit, San Louis again much time.
The hotel is really convenient with a lot of restaurants and easy shopping and the town really beautiful.

The staff was very accommodating when we booked a last minute room. The rooms were very clean and exactly what we expected. I don't think the a/c was working properly though. I am a hot sleeper so it was a mild annoyance but not a huge deal. We did not bug the staff about it since we were only staying one night. Overall was very happy with our stay!

My experience with this hotel tells me that it's management really listens to the suggestions and actually reads guest's reviews. I was impressed with their reaction to my comments. On the other hand, the hotels is quite nice, front desk personnel is really welcoming and friendly. Rooms are quite comfortable whether you stay overnight or for a few nights. Great location downtown St. Louis with convenient access to everywhere. If you are looking for the good place to stay, I recommend it.

stayed here for 13weeks for a travel assignment, friendly staff especially SABA (but she already left for a different location), and i left my gopro on checkout and realized after 2 days so i was already assuming that i won't get it back but the housekeeping were honest when i called and was able to give me my gopro back. They also have a good discount/free parking for travel RNs doing an extended stay. i was happy for the 13weeks that i stayed in this hotel. the only downside was the rooms didn't have microwave, and kitchenette.

Service was great, the rooms were very clean and well stocked. I loved the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Having bottles there is much better than just providing a bar of soap like some other hotels. The beds were very soft and the sheets smelled very clean and fresh. I don't necessarily know how this works so I may be in the wrong, but I attempted to pay for this room with points. The lady said that should be fine but during checkout I was informed that they weren't able to get the points redeemed so I had to pay out of pocket. They recommended calling customer service and having them move the points and refund me my money but when I called customer service I was told that the hotel staff had to do that. That was a surprise hit to my bank account that I did not like

The hotel is really nice, really spread out so you have to park by the right door. The pool was kept very nice very spacious, and open late. The hotel staff was friendly. One of the most overpriced little convenience store areas of any hotel I've ever been at$10 for a dollar microwave meal? Way too much, but very nice rooms!

I love courtyards in general. Upscale without being overdone, with very nice accommodations and amenities. I always love the bistro. Definitely pricey, but everything is delicious, well made and there are tons of great healthy options. The avocado toast is a personal favorite of mine but the banana french toast is also amazing. This courtyard had a nice indoor pool area and a big, clean hot tub. Decent but small fitness center, laundry, friendly staff, and an overpriced but very convenient market. Front desk was happy to send things up to the room when we needed them and the room itself was beautiful. Outside balcony and since we got upgraded to a suite it had a really nice living area and a separate vanity in the bathroom. Very enjoyable stay.

I can't believe how fantastic the staff is at this property. They take normal staff roles and responsibilities to an extra level. In addition we ran into automobile issues just as we were pulling into the parking lot and our vehicle had to be towed. Front desk had suggestions on Towing and repair services when asked them for any recommendations. Everyone they put me in contact with was very professional and great to work with. Everytime I walk in the front door or lobby they ask if there is anything I need or they can help with. THANK YOU STAFF!!! Amazing job.

Very clean. Location easy access

We decided to stay overnight in St. Louis on a whim. This place was exactly what we needed: Easy to find and convenient location, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff was accommodating and friendly. My only complaint is the rooms were on the warmer side and the a/c wouldn't cool to what we set it at, but it wasn't unbearable. I would recommend to others.

WHEELCHAIR USER: I was pleasantly surprised at the access in this hotel! They had a double bed with roll-in shower (usually roll-in showers are only available with a king). The bathroom had a bench in the shower and shower head was reachable from the bench. he sink had plenty of room to roll under it to brush my teeth and do my makeup. Plenty of space in the room between the beds for a wheelchair to fit. Pool has a chair lift for persons with disabilities!

We had a fantastic honeymoon stay. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious, and we had breakfast that we definitely would have purchased even if it hadn't been included with the cost of our room. The internet was way above average for a hotel, and the temperature controls in the room kept things just where we wanted them and we were both comfortable all night!
