We ordered button up uniform shirts with an embroidered logo and they turned out fabulously! The price was reasonable too and Underground Printing didn't have a minimum order like many other companies we found.

Jordan is Amazing!!!! We had about a million requests and edits and she made the ordering process so easy and stress free. Fantastic customer service, highly recommended to ALL!!! 2nd time ordering from this location and will continue to do so!

This is an amazing company. I placed a large order for a cause that I am trying to bring awareness to. I had a few last minute people place orders after I had already submitted my order, so, I placed a couple separate orders. My representative went above and beyond by calling me and combining my orders so that I would save money and she even allowed me to change a size of a shirt. The customer service was amazing and I would definitely use this service again. The shirts turned out exactly like I wanted them and the quality of the T-shirts were amazing.

Erik and Underground Printing have helped my organization all 4 years that I have been a member, and we recently received our order for this year. Everything was amazing and better than expected! The service was great, everything arrived timely, and we had no problems with any of the designs or gear. In fact, they even went out of their way to make drawstring bags and custom tank tops for us, which we absolutely loved. I would definitely recommend Underground Printing to anyone that needs custom printing done!

Absolutely fantastic service. They were so accommodating and were willing to change anything and work with us until we were 100 percent happy with our design. We really liked the process and being able to completely see the design laid out and in the colors, and having the ability to accept or deny the final artwork. They were great answering all of our questions and were great with getting back to us very quickly with any question we had. Also super fast service, our apparel arrived in less than two weeks from when we approved the final artwork. I have used various other apparel services but this was by far my best experience. Our club apparel turned out fantastic. We will absolutely be using them again next year for any and all apparel we need.

This place is absolutely amazing to work with! Had some apparel designed for our 35th class reunion. We really didn't have a lot of time but they worked hard at excelling in customer service and deliver of products on time. I worked with 2 different Megan's and both did such an awesome job! Underground Printing is an excellent local business in East Lansing, and our family was very pleased with the service we received. We worked with Meghan at UP, and she was very kind, helpful, and thoughtful, especially as we put together the pieces of our embroidery design during our first visit. Later on, Meghan kept us regularly apprised of the progress on our order, and we sincerely appreciated UP’s overall quality of service and products. Even in wake of a font mistake on one of our items, UP offered to mail us a fixed product at a later date, and for no charge, which was very convenient. I needed a shirt in a hurry for a very important purpose. My son was going in for surgery and I needed a shirt made in a hurry. From the moment I called , Megan was amazing to the end of the process, the shipping was on time. I got my shirt on Friday like I was told. It only took 3 days that including designing the shirt . my son’s surgery is Monday. I could not recommend underground printing more. Thank you so much for following through. Underground Printing is an awesome place to order screen printed apparel! The organization I work for is contracted to go through Underground, but I would want to take my business to them anyway. They are very helpful and friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want. You have many chances to review your order before they submit it to be sure all the details are correct, and they are very flexible with designs and colors if you want to make changes. I recently had an incidence where some of the printing on the crew necks I ordered bled onto other sweatshirts in the box, but Erik ordered new ones for me to replace the old ones, and let me keep the damaged ones if I wanted. Underground is also really good at getting your order to you on time which can be an issue with other vendors I've encountered. Very easy to work with and friendly staff who produce quality apparel.

I worked with Clara for a small t-shirt order, 14 shirts in all, she made my experience so easy and always responded right away to my emails. The t-shirts we ordered were ready on time and looked great for our family vacation to Disney World. This just goes to show they really take care of each customer no matter how many shirts or items you order. I will definitely be using Underground printing again.

I had never ordered from UGP before, but their online design tool was easy to use and provided a wide number of quality options. Unfortunately, when my order arrived some of the lettering was faint. I reached out to the UGP customer support person and without hesitation she offered to redo the order for me without charge. The new order arrived without any issues and I am a happy customer. I would definitely recommend UGP to anyone looking to create custom clothing. They stand behind their work.

I had to order a mix of youth and adult t-shirts for our Cub Scout pack. It was a small amount (15 youth and 10 adult) and the staff at Underground Printing really worked with me to get me the best price around including price matching another online retailer. They followed up with all my questions very quickly, gave me up front pricing so that I could get the orders from our pack, the t-shirts were done before I anticipated and the quality is excellent. I have to order more t-shirts for our Boy Scout troop and I will be using Underground Printing again!

Our order was completed on time as promised! Each box was properly labeled with our shirt sizes, allowing us to save time having to sort. Customer service was excellent and we will continue ordering from Underground Printing.

Michigan State University Radiology Department just had a RadWear sale of several products for Underground Printing located on MAC Avenue in East Lansing, Michigan. Several of our employees did order the products we offered. Each person placed their order on line, paid using a credit card. The order arrived in about 10 days. When we picked it up from Underground Printing, each persons order was individually packed and clearly marked with the purchasers name making it very convenient for each person to pick up their product. Quality of the product is excellent. We have employees who wish they had ordered this item or that item, etc. We will again have a radwear sale, I am thinking we will most likely offer the same products. The embroidery on each of the products is also well done.

I had a great experience with UPG. We were ordering shirts for Christmas and, with the pandemic slow mail, there was a hold up in delivery. No problem, UPG rushed a new order through, (no extra charge) which arrived on time. The original shirts arrived after the holiday. Meghan was professional, helpful and made the whole event feel like we were dealing with an old friend.

UGP nailed it! Emily that worked with me for a very large order (300+ assorted pieces) was great every step of the way. We had lots of revisions, changes, questions, art changes and so on over the few months I worked on getting our order finalized - she was there every step of the way.
