Upon calling to schedule an appt, they were able to get my car in immediately. Dropped off after hours using the key box, and next day within 2 hours of the business day starting they called me and described the issues with vehicle. 6 hours later everything I needed to have repaired was done and I was picking my vehicle up by 4:30pm. Great service, and I will be back with any future car needs.

My headlights weren’t working on my work vehicle. I went to Muffler Man in Portage and the guy was so rude and told me he couldn’t look at it today. I saw this business and decided to pull in. The service was so fast, friendly and professional! I was in there less than 3 minutes before they had my hood up.
They fixed the problem and the price was very reasonable.

This place is excellent, fair prices, kind staff and mechanics. Never try to charge you for things you don’t need. We have had both our vehicles worked on here and never had any issues. They are always honest about what needs to be fixed and what can wait. We highly recommend.

Great service every time I've been in. They give frank and honest consultations and I've never felt like I'm getting upsold or otherwise "taken for a ride." Back in 2020 I was buying a used car and had Chris and the team inspect it before taking it to the dealer's preferred inspector, and their insights saved me what could have been a very large repair bill for something I hadn't noticed. They absolutely get the credit for getting me a good deal out of what could have been an awful first-time buyer experience.

I stopped by just to have my codes ran for my check engine light. The mechanic was very friendly, and gave me some honest insight on my car. Would recommend

Have been coming to this shop since 2015 or 2016 and never had a bad experience. They are almost always able to get me in next day and don't try to upsell you on stuff. Never had a problem with any of their fixes and everyone is great to deal with. I plan to keep coming back!

I was having some weird whistle sound from my car but not sure of where it comes. Worried about the safety and took appointment with Shave Road Auto. 1. They had an appointment scheduled for me when most of the Auto services are not available till 1st week of Jan. 2. In spite of fixing the Hub cap (we think that's where the sound comes from lets see). They (Dave and team) also helped me in removing a hanging metal from the car. All this with no price and on a quick time the same day. Very honest business.

Chris took great care of us when we needed our brakes repaired. We were able to get an appointment the next business day. He kept us informed every step of the way and the work was finished more quickly than we expected. Fair prices and very professional. Highly recommend!

A little late to the party; I've been taking my car to Shaver Road for 2+ years now. I was happy with the previous management and I am happy with the new management as well. They've always been honest and upfront with me; I always feel comfortable driving my car there whenever I have an issue arise.
