Great products!!! I bought a bigfoot from the showroom. Once i saw the quality, I went back and bought a full set of reindeer! Love them!

At first I was impressed and that passed quickly. I messaged the chat before purchasing and they responded to questions and product shipped quickly. I purchased this set which was around $900 and the quality is eh. Not $900 worth IMO. It assembled easily, but it felt flimsy and cheap. The sleigh was missing hardware. I responded to the order as well as the same chat they answered originally with zero response and it’s been 3.5 weeks. I went to a hardware store and purchased my own which I shouldn’t have had to do for what was paid for this set. The stakes are garbage, the screws they have us put into the feet on the deer literally have ripped out because there’s no nut or anything holding them in the back and any wind caused the deer to fall over and rip out. So now I need to address that next year. Truly I paid with PayPal and I should put a claim in, because the set is garbage and not as advertised what so ever. If I was able to give zero stars I would. Please think twice and don’t be a sucker like I was.
