Showed up 2 hours early and was instantly given a door. Quick unload but took awhile to verify the load and get me my paperwork. I'm told that has something to do with it being a Tyson Krunchy load. Overall very good and gets 5 stars even if the receiving guy is always crusty.

Been here twice, both times were great. First time I was a full day late and they got me in and out very quickly both times.

OTR don’t pull up to the gate and call, just use the “Sysco” entrance that is open and check in at the office in the corner.

I arrived at my appointment on time and it was quick to leave, it is easy to maneuver and the service was very good, delay time better than other similar sites, I think the bad reviews are exaggerated, but I give it a good reference

Sysco warehouses can be a nightmare but I have to say this facility was by far the best. I arrived two hours early and the guys in the receiving office put me right in to a door and forty minutes later I was empty and on my way out.

Very fast very friendly got unloaded under an hour love it will come back

No complaints. Got a door right away, Dropped 4 pallet. We were an hour early, they got us unloaded and paperwork in less then 2 hrs. Thank You Sysco, i wish all the Sysco’s were as efficient as you.

4AM, drive right in and park. WALK to DOOR 51 CAPSTONE OFFICE. Done deal.

Arrived at 0625 for a 0700 appt. Finished unloading at 0650.

Very quick unloading time reasonable prices.

I've been to many Syscos. This one is the best by far.

For people that do not understand why places have lumpers I will try to explain.
Buyer orders products and they need them to be 30 boxes on a skid (made up number) shipper sells it in 80 boxes to a skid. Shipper agrees to have a lumper service at receiver to break down product to the dimensions that the buyer needs it to be. It allows the shipper to ship more boxes on one load. The trucking company pays the lumper fee and always gets reimbursed by shipper. It may be a broker that reimburses you but the shipper is the one paying for it.

In and out 15 minutes for 4 pallets. Showed up at 5 am for a 6 am appointment. This place is the best

Do not go thru Connolly road take the next entrance to deliver meridan road instead...very confusing had a hard time getting there .....and got there late for my appointment.....😡🤬

Receiving by appointment only, I think they receive 6-12. We had 8am delivery, in 7:15, out 8:15. Quick and easy.

Accepted my delivery a day earlier. Guys at the receiving office are really cool. Thanks

45 minutes entry gate to checkin to dock to exit gate. Great job everyone!

The best place to deliver. With trailer full load I was in and out in an hour. No overnight parking on their yard. But truck stops right at next door
