A Storage Box Self Mini Storage

I really my storage Unit. The guy treats everyone with respect & we all get along with him as well. Great guy. I would recommend getting a storage unit to friends. It's a dry area. Very big on the inside.

Facility is clean and well kept. Phone has been answered when I called. No problems in my experience.

Took in a coupon one month free rent when you remt three months then they did not honor coupon but never told me until the forth montb that i then owed 2 months i said no way they said girl made a mistake and i had to pay half of month only after i became angry should be made to honor coupon or at least they could have called me because they had my contact info bllo sucking money grubbets worst business ever

Nobody is ever in the Lincoln office. To pay for my storage unit. I've tried calling for hours today and no answer. But they charge ridiculous late fees, even though I can't ever get in to pay for my unit.

No posted business hours, no one is ever in the office, and none of the posted phone numbers work. Good luck ever contacting these people. Worst. Business. Ever. Seriously, ever.
