This place is very quick. Call ahead about an hour to let them know your coming. Most times less than an hour to load once in dock.

Pretty easy to find. You can turn around on the side of the building. Receiving is in the main door on the front. The guys I talked to were nice. It took them about 30 minutes to unload me. I did not notice any facilities but I didn't ask either. They ask that you bump the dock then pull up an inch as they have old dock plates that can be finicky. Over all it was a nice place and I would come back again.

Go into office, talk with guy in office for loading/delivery, yard jockey will not be honest with you, do not believe what yard jockey tells you, verify with office.
