This funeral home does not take life insurance and makes you pay upfront for you family member's final expenses or they won't even work with you. Most people cannot afford that. They also make you order your own flowers which is a service that most funeral homes will provide for you. I have never heard of a funeral home being run in this manner. Families should not have to do all of this work themselves when they are going through the sudden death of their family member. This is why we have funeral homes and life insurance to take care of these things.
