The food was excellent., as an Italian I ordered the pasta. It was a 5 star . The owner Dave was so nice , the atmosphere reminded me of my hometown, Montreal, Canada. Soft music ,great service. I will be there every week for sure . I am happy that I found the best restaurant in town . I can’t wait for the live music coming in June

I love coming to this place. The service is great. The food is great and they have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are very competitive and the place looks great. Oh and I almost forgot The coffee it's really good, Just wish the cups were bigger lol

This restaurant has everything. The best customer service, great food, and on some days wonderful entertainment. They go over beyond for all their customers. Thanks to the Manager David for making dinner perfect!

Stopped in for a quick dinner prior to a show at the Genesee Theater. What a delightful experience! David (the owner) warmly greeted us. The bar is decorated nicely in a “speakeasy” vibe. The service was expedient and food was fantastic! I had the Southwest Burger and my wife had the Scottie’s Chicken sandwich. Both were cooked perfectly and the components and flavors were fresh and flavorful. Did I mention the bacon on my burger?!? You know they use quality food when you can notice how great the bacon was! We had such a lovely time that we’ll now add this restaurant prior to a show at the beautiful Genesee into our dating repertoire! Sorry, no pics🙁

Great place and owner was very nice and accommodating. We stopped before a concert and place was very busy. We got there a little later than wanted to. We had to cancel our order to get to concert on time, but we were told to come back after show and they comped us dinner. They didn’t have to do that but they did! Very nice people and place and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for dinner with my wife and another couple prior to a show at Genesee Theater. David, the owner , was very gracious and welcoming. Extensive menu including all-day breakfast. Everything fresh being a
bonus. Burgers were excellent. Overall great experience .

Stopped in today for lunch take out for the first time me and my lady.And I must say I was pleasantly impressed.. I got the mushroom burger and it was delicious had eaten half before I thought about taking a pic 😆 she had the chicken sandwich same thoughts as me. Excellent service.. I'll be back......

This is a hidden gem in downtown Waukegan! The owner is very personable and at the ready to greet his patrons. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, waitstaff is very attentive, food is great, coffee is freshly roasted and it's all topped off with great music. I look forward to my next visit.

Great place! The owner is a very attentive and friendly guy, and his staff follows in his footsteps! Our service was excellent along with the food. Stay for dessert and try their very own coffee, it’s awesome!

I’m a regular now! The vibe is “speak easy”. I usually go on my lunch breaks since my office is down the street. I love the food and the cocktails. The owners and the staff are amazing!!! I’m looking to host an event in their upstairs/event space mid year. You should definitely stop in! You won’t regret it!

The owner is super hospitable! Went in for a quick bite and was entralled! Service was prompt and accurate. The server was super nice and quick with everything but not overbearing. I made a comment about one of the seasoning on our dishes and was immediately brought out a new dish with an updated recipe. The establishment listenes and cares. 10/10

This place is by far the best taco place in Waukegan!! Their 2.00 Taco Tuesdays amazing we ordered twice for our job. The owner is very professional and makes sure that we are happy as customers!! The staff on the phone amazing we will continue to order from lucky Scottie and let everyone know how great this place is!! Thank you for amazing food and customer service!! We ordered 50 tacos this time delicious!!!! We love how they give you plenty of salsas and limones.

Lots of different choices on the menu. Service was quick and friendly. Place was clean and upkept. I had chicken parmesean and it was good. Tasted fresh. All day breakfast available if you want it. Recommend checking it out
