Very good service, a pleasure to do business with. I had an oil change, tire rotation and new battery, plus some other check-ups.
They are considerate, helpful. polite and just overall nice. Plus, I got to use my coupons! They are still just as nice to me as when I first purchased my Honda HRV. The best overall dealer I ever went to. They fix my car to my satisfaction.

Took my 2018 pilot in for safety recall on the hood latch. Service advisor said service would take about 1 hour, and she was spot on. They also performed complete inspection on the vehicle and pointed out 1 maintenance issue that would need immediate attention. Very professional and I'm satisfied with my experience.

Michael was the best! He took the time to explain in detail what was happening with my vehicle and was super empathetic/friendly. Michael gave me tips on how to avoid/fix the issue moving forward. He requested that I receive some complimentary detailing (I had some buffable scratches on the side of my car). At the end of my service, Michael walked me to my car because he wanted to see how surprised I would be with the amazing job they did with the detailing! I will continue to come back to Honda Lisle for my car's service needs.

Very professional service with one of most courteous service departments in all of the Honda dealerships we have serviced our van. The front line staff as well the billing department are very helpful.

Went there not knowing what to expect. I was told by Christina it would be $900. When the job was completed I reminded Christina about my extended warranty which I told Christina when I brought the vehicle in. So she apologized and said she would check. Ten minutes later I found out it was covered. So happy. This never happens for me. Thank you Honda of Lisle!!!!

I took my car in for a recall and they did a pretty thorough inspection and gave me a report, citing what needs attention immediately and overall ratings on other items. I really appreciate this, as it give me important information on keeping my car safe. Thank you, Tim, and staff.

Jay Crumble made this a good experience. I have bought cars at the Honda Superstore of Lisle but not really used them for service. I am glad I gave them a shot, rather than taking it to my "regular" place. I am also glad I bought the battery from Honda and had them install it rather than buying one separately and installing myself; the minor savings would not have been worth the hassle.

Jay C. helped me in the service department, and he was the quintessential professional. Honda is lucky to have him working for them. The new windshield is looking and working wonderfully, and Jay was able to get everything done for me for ~25% less than the next best quote I received, which was from Gerber Auto and Glass. Don’t waste your time with Gerber. Honda for Life.

Needed a repaired AC. They provided me with a loaner vehicle while they did the work. Picked it up the next day. Fast service and great staff. This is a reliable place to get your Honda looked at.

I could not have been more please with the support I got from my advisor, Heather, and the rest of her team! They took the time to really figure out what the problem was with one of my rear lights and fixed it correctly! She is awesome and I won't see anyone else there except her!

Michael was assigned to my service appointment. He was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly. Honda also fixed the driver window gasket that had come loose and didn't charge me.
