Smiles Dental Center is a very friendly dental office. They care about each patient. They listen to you, they explain everything that needs to be done. They give you novacaine generously, so you don't feel a thing! Nothing to be afraid of! They give you options, and they're very professional. I highly recommend Smiles Dental Center. For someone that has never been a fan of a dentist I can't imagine going anywhere else. I never wait, I'm in and out withing an hour give or take, the staff is very friendly and the Dentist is so kind, explains what is going to happen and is as painless and possible

Dr. Raj Puri of the Bartlett "Smiles," location is a top-notch professional. I've been with him for a handful of years for my own dental challenges, and I've have just finished a two-year round of braces for my 16-year-old.

** Update 2024: My younger son was at a different Bartlett location. He was recently told that he needed 1 filling & 2 immediate extractions (regarding two canines potentially impacting previous baby teeth). Something felt off. After a second opinion at Smiles, we found out no cavity was detected and no extractions were needed.

My younger son is now a member of Bartlett Smiles - and, after looking at some top notch ratings for their Aquarius Waterpik, we bought one (20$ rebate). My son loves the Waterpik, which I highly recommend since a lot of kids do not keep up with flossing.

New patient to this office, and I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist. Everyone was great and made me feel calm my entire visit. Jenny was my hygienist and was very patient and explained every step of the appointment which helped ease my nerves. Definitely recommend!!

Great service, great doctor. In and out in half hour even for a cavity filling. I can tell I was in good hands.

My first time coming here, I changed because my prior dentist was always overbooked and each appointment was 90+ minutes for a cleaning.

That said, this place is great. Was taken care of almost as soon as I walked in. Very informative staff, nice doctor. Even filled a little cavity after my cleaning so I didn’t have to come back. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. They’ve gained a long term customer

New patient today and found that everyone was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist/Dr. Puri's assistant and Dr. Puri were great. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I am glad we found Smiles and will see them again in six months!

I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long and I was new in town so I went to Smiles on a recommendation from a friend. I was a little nervous going in but was quickly put to ease when I arrived. All of my insurance details were in order and the doctor was ready to see me. He was kind, thorough and quick. All of the staff was very nice as well! I was thrilled to have been in and out of my appointment in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Everyone I encountered was very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Puri was very gentle, and concerned about my comfort. He explained everything very well and was super efficient. I have major dental anxiety and felt super comfortable I even booked appointments for my family. I will definitely return!

My first time here but not my last! Everyone is so nice and helpful, from the women at the reception desk, Jenny, the hygienist and Dr. Puri! Felt comfortable from the beginning! Dr. Puri and Jenny did an amazing job on my teeth (went in for a cleaning after a 2 year hiatus). They also did an amazing job on my husband's crowns. I would trust them to do any kind of work needed in the future! I finally found a dentist that I see myself going to for years to come!

Was recommended by my mom to come here, when my brother said the same thing I was finally convinced to go in and get some long overdue work done. Just had my first teeth deep cleaning and I have to say that it was the best experienced I've ever had at the dentist and really look forward to coming here regularly. The staff is friendly and personable. They recognize me and my husband when we walk in. The work I have had done is far better than any dentist I have been to in years. I receive many compliments on my smile and how white my teeth are. They have told me many times to continue to drink my beverages through a straw to keep them from staining. Good people.

It was my first time going to Smile Dental Center and Dr. Mohindra and Jenny were amazing! Despite Covid-19 regulations the process for everything from booking my appointment to the x-rays and cleaning I got done it was a great process. I have no dental insurance and their prices were reasonable compare to other places I had called. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I absolutely love this place! I have a fear of going to the dentist and from day one the entire staff made me feel at ease. From the minute you walk in someone is there to greet you with a smile. The staff is top notch! Dr. Puri is also wonderful. He is energetic and thoughtful. He is a true professional in every sense. My young children also go to Smiles Dental and the staff is wonderful to them as well. Can't say enough wonderful things about Smiles Dental! Highly recommend!!!
