Holiday Inn Express Chicago-Palatine/N Arlngtn Hts

Desk staff was friendly and fast. My room was well made and very clean. I met the Assistant General Manager Salvador Munoz and had a great discussion about the hotel and staff. Everyone at this hotel is very friendly and motivated to give guests the best experience possible.

This is a nice clean hotel room. The king bed was decent. It is not a luxury room but it is as good as any of the other holiday inn express that I have stayed. They have a pool and you get a good breakfast. The room had a fridge, tv, and micro wave.

Stayed two night while exploring the city during the day.

Kids had plenty of fun. There is an attached fitness center which has a VERY large pool/hot tub... plus they had a sauna.. loved it. A bit dated but it definitely got the job done.

Breakfast was what we come to expect from IHG properties. Very nice.

Very nice hotel, compfy beds, friendly staff, courteous maids service, great free breakfast. All in all a great experience so far as we had to move out of our house to have our main floor hardwood floors all refinished from water damage from the Polar vertex, ugg. But staying here we are very impressed 😊 with all employees so far, oh and they also alowed us to bring out 2 dogs, who also are impressed with the the stroll are around the Mimi lake . Cuddos to the whole staff at this place they all deserve a raise, huh, corporate???????? Thanks for the time we have spent here so far, 5 days to go sure we won't be disappointed!!

Five star hotel with five star service. We held various meetings for three days there and Theresa Anzalone and her catering staff did such a magnificent job with everything. The rooms are a great size and above all else, the food was amazing as our sessions all entailed food. Cudos to everyone there and we will definitely be back!

The location was close and accessible to other parts of the town. We enjoyed the breakfast. Cleanliness was obviously a priority there. Services were as quick as they could be while still taking time to cater to the guests.

The staff was very kind and prompt. The rooms were clean and spacious. As well as the beds being very comfortable after a long day. Would highly recommend

The room was very clean! With my newborn with us, we were in a suite that was at the end of the hall with no adjacent rooms. This way, I didn't worry about her waking up others or being woken up.

They were able to accommodate my early check-in. The room was perfectly clean. Their breakfast was good. Reasonable rate. I would stay here again if I ever needed to.

Great beds, great pillows. Bathroom was a little small but nice, room came with a mini fridge and microwave and Keurig. Elevators are slow and a little creaky

My experience was great. Front desk was very help. Security was great, also assisted us on direction were to go for our New Year's. I would stay here again.

Good customer service - the front desk attendant got us checked in very quickly and gave us a very good suggestion of where to eat. Nice facility as well. Very good breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was easy to get to with a large vehicle and trailer, and had a large parking lot with plenty of room for said vehicle and trailer. Nice room with comfortable beds and a good breakfast.

Having the full fitness center attached with indoor pool was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included pancakes!
