Great spot to take pictures. You can freely enter the first floor of the building.
People live on each end of the building so, be courteous of that.

This place is amazing, beautiful building with beautiful art. People live here! If there is any glimpse of tearing this down, you will be removing multiple peoples houses. This is definitely a piece of art standing.

Safe during the day and can be nice at times. The whole riverfront is tagged in graffiti not just the depot/area. Yes if you look down long enough you’ll find needles, just like most of Saint Louis.

At night things can get hairy. From small groups hanging out with their cars drinking to homeless people fighting. You never know what you’ll encounter but I’d say your safe at night too as long as you not a lone woman.

Great location to take photos, be respectful to the residents that live there. They didn't like photographers there, so we all left. Pretty sketchy area so don't go alone.

Love this old building and the homeless people that are living there are very nice and friendly. They just ask that you be respectful to them and their home

I cannot comment. There are people who live here. This is there home.
But during the day you can get shots of some of the best graffiti in St Louis.

Really cool place I was gonna come do a cryptid crawl/urban exploration looking for shadow people but it's a homeless town.

This is an amazing spot to shoot urban decay photoshoots. Just make sure to be courteous to the residents there.

Check it out. Super cool old abandon warehouse building to explore on the STL river front. Don't go at night. Way to dangerous.
