Happiness does not fit in my heart. I didn't have the opportunity to get to know my doctor more, everything was so fast, I was in pain for 3 weeks and my doctor did his magic in a few minutes, he took me out of my horrible agony... I loved the doctor and his team of professionals and very friendly, This is a very safe place, the doctor is a surgeon, not just any surgeon, this doctor knows what he is doing. 100% recommend this place. The doctor knows his work very well. The day before, I called 22 surgeons, but no one accepted me. High Point accepted me and they did a job in minutes. I would have liked to have known this place a long time ago. The place is clean, everyone is very friendly, everyone is excellent. I love the doctor for his safety when carrying out his work. Had a terrific experience at high point dentistry today as always. Staff is friendly and courteous. I'd like to thank my dentist and his assistants today for their amazing work and friendly conversations during the process.I never had personally this type of work done before and it's amazing how many steps and detail-oriented the process is. It must involve many hours of training and there is so much more work yet to be done. Again thank you so much. Dr. Michael LaRocca Is a great Dentist; he is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, very kind upon meeting him; when I had my appointment he was detailed and worked me through every step of the procedure. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful Doctor/Dentist. I've had money grabbing experiences in the past and this place gives up such great vibe and pleasant experiences. I've been here a couple of times and I hope to continue to have this office as my favorite dental office.

Dallas the receptionist was very friendly , knowledgeable and patient helping me choose which hygienist and Doctor.Jeanie the hygienist was phenomenal! I was very nervous with getting a cleaning due to my sensitive gums.she made me feel relaxed and explained everything while doing the best cleaning I’ve ever had!I Love how Dr.Garcia was very friendly and honest he complimented my previous Dentist on what such good work he has done.That was amazing for me! everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful!

area. The technicians, Doctors and staff are WONDERFUL. They take the time to explain the procedures & be sure you are comfortable. I ALWAYS dreaded going to the Dentist but this practice has totally changed my mind. Thank you ALL for caring about your patients.

Everyone tries very hard to do their best from the moment you arrive. I’ve had some pretty extensive dental work done from deep cleaning to extraction to crowns and an implant. They care about your comfort, anticipate your concerns and do outstanding work!

First examination in like 4 years! I was pretty worried and scared to go in , but right of the bat everyone was so sweet and nice! Doctors , assistance’s, Front desk and the hygienist were all so sweet and very knowledgeable, I would very much recommend this place

I was recommended to high point family dentistry by a friend and let me just say, I have found my favorite dentist office. Everyone here was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Wang , Kora and Nicole were all amazing and made me feel so comfortable for my first time being here. I’ve never had a better cleaning and experience at a dentist office. 10/10 recommend!

My experience was amazing! Jeanie was awesome… I was so nervous about my cleaning since I have extremely sensitive teeth and hadn’t done one in years but she was so patient and careful. Thoroughly explained every step of the way what she was doing and asking if I was doing okay? 5 stars for Jeanie 😁

I have been going here for years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Genie has always treated me like family and she does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I moved to Naperville a couple of years ago and I still drive all the way to Elgin to see her. Dr Kong is very nice and genuine. Dr. Mike who I just met is caring and very helpful! I recommend anyone that has any type of anxiety to come here because they make you feel comfortable and they treat you well.

Great approach. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. As a team, they work to provide top level care and service, while also looking at how to address issues while being as economical as possible. I highly recommend High Point Dentistry (Elgin).

Everyone is wonderful. All very friendly and accommodating. I was 17 minutes late for my appointment and she still managed to get my teeth cleaned and beautiful and got me the medicine I needed since I'm up transplant patient. Great visit.

I've read many reviews about the friendliness of the entire staff. And let me tell you that those reviews are 100% on point. They are SO nice, friendly, and welcoming. Any worries, fear, anxiety or butterflies that you may have about seeing a dentist immediately melts away when you arrive and are greeted by the receptionist. The hospitality is miles above any other dentist office I've visited. I can't say enough about what a great place this is. For anyone who reads this or any other review about how wonderful High Point Dentistry is, please believe it!

I had my cleaning and exam done at the Elgin location today and it was great! I have a huge fear of getting my teeth worked on and the hygienist Karlie did a great job. I had zero pain throughout the entire cleaning! Dr. LaRocca was also awesome; I was previously told I needed multiple fillings by another doctor and he was confident with being able to monitor them instead. Great experience all around!

Great experience. Lisette took her time and addressed all of my concerns. One of the most thorough cleanings I’ve ever had. I’ll be back in 6 months!

I typically hate going to the dentist so I've dropped the ball on the past few years on the annual visits. Luckily I found High Point Dentistry online and it was part of my wife and I's insurance coverage.

From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic; the staff was amazing, especially Chloe who was the dental hygienist that did my cleaning. Highly recommend going here if they are covered under your insurance.

Also made it to the "No Cavity Wall Club"!!
