There was one knob that I received broken. When I contacted the company, Mary sent out a new one right away, at no cost to me. What a great thing! When I hadn't received the replacement, I contacted again and Mary checked and told me it had just that day been returned to sender. I've been having issues with my mail carrier. I asked Mary if they could ship again, and she offered to send it via UPS. How nice! And then Caitlyn contacted me to let me know they'd cover the shipping cost, again! Mary and Caitlyn were both professional, very prompt in responses, and gracious. Roberta was also excellent. You cannot beat this customer service! Seriously top notch. I wish they could give a few lessons to the USPS about this. (grin)

I've been using D. Lawless Hardware for personal and business purchases for quite some time (more than one year). I began with personal interest and then began using them for business.
