Hilton Garden Inn Hoffman Estates

Growing up in Hoffman Estates, now living in Barrington I frequently pass this hotel. Never thinking twice about staying here but my wife and I like to get away for a night or two doing the whole role play thing and last minute booked a room here. The amazing staff, newly renovated lobby, bar, restaurant, location, pricing and the actual room are easily 10 stars. We’ve been back several times and unless we’re staying in another town far from this place we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend it to anyone near or far. Oh and I forgot to elaborate on the location… It’s right off 90 and Barrington Rd. I could go on and on about this place but I’ll leave it as stated above. Keep it up Hilton!

I travel a lot for work as a barbecue food, truck owner and a metal fabrication expert. I must say the lodging accommodations here at Hilton Garden Inn, our barn, exceptional. The facility has a that has amazing skills and a fantastic bar however, the service from the front desk associate, Mr. Victor is what allowed me to extend my trip two days when I could’ve left early employees like this amazing example of what exceptional customer service is all about. This young man is extremely professional informed and I will definitely stay with the Hilton Bram and Moore specifically Hilton Gardens because of the young man provided.

Wish we could have you up in Michigan

We liked our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we got was on the 5th floor. The room didnt smell old, beds were comfortable, the carpet was recently replaced, seemed like, no stains. No complimentary breakfast, I believe but that wasn't a problem for us

The stay was great. Just two times the building alarm went off. One in the evening and one in the morning we we were sleeping. And both were false alarms. Breakfast was below average. Most of the items were empty an hour before it's closing time.

Extremely clean and comfortable room with a perfect night sleep 😴. Very helpful staff and great breakfast. I couldn't have asked for more. I am changing my typical accommodation to this hotel when I travel to the Hoffman Estates area. Loved it!

Great place.. Super friendly staff... Super safe area... But if you want to go to downtown, leave early... because there is lot of traffic jam.

Stayed back to back weekends with our whole team. Amazing service, awesome breakfast, and great rooms!

We had to make an emergency stop. We stopped in the parking lot to deal with our issue and the staff were so helpful and gracious even letting us eat our lunch in their lobby. We were not paying guests but the staff were hospitable and we could not thank them enough.

East to get to right off the highway, the rooms were very clean and the Hilton mattress as usual very comfortable (now my wife is bugging me for one again).

For the price, this really is a nice place to stay. The morning staff was excellent. Breakfast will cost $13, but worth it, considering wonderful table service and convenience. The only knock I can give them is the toilet paper was hung the wrong way on the roller.

No ice maker till you got to the Utah floor. "Continental Breakfast" generally means free with room accomodations. It is not free at Hilton. Bath door was always in the way unless closed.

The hotel is nice and clean and the gym is ample enough to actually get a decent workout. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the room were everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The best thing about this place are the employees. Each employee at the desk is so professional and kind you would think that each one was a manager that took pride in their work, and not just some hourly employee that was there to bide their time. Speaking of managers, Jeffrey is the manager at this location and he is so kind. I stayed there with my son for 2 nights and both times the pool was too cold to use. I barely mentioned it to Jeffrey and he gave me a free night just for that. I told him I wasn't try to get anything for free but he insisted. That level of service isn't common these days, and I am thankful for people like Jeffrey and the staff at this location.

We’ve stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns over the years. In my opinion this is the first one to provide something extra – a level of customer service similar to the one time we stayed at a Waldorf Astoria.

We recently had a room block for a wedding at this hotel. Traci was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and accommodating for all of our needs. We also had shuttle service to and from our venue and this turned out to be convenient for our guests. The champagne and chocolates were also a nice touch which were included in our wedding package. Breakfast was also delicious and had a wide variety of things to choose from. We would recommend this hotel to any one person or group looking for a place to stay.

The best hotel i can never miss

This was my first stay at this Hilton location, As I am not local to the area. However, I wanted to give special recognition to Graciela at the front desk. I had a moderate inconvenience, and She took care of everything. Let’s face it, there are so many hotels we can stay at In this day and age, but she and her team put people first. Outstanding job Hilton! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about the Hilton Garden Inn in Hoffman Estates. My fiancee and I had our wedding block with them for our 6.30.18 wedding. Our guests are still talking about how kind and accommodating the staff was there. This hotel really went above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome and cared for. From the moment we booked the hotel for our wedding blocks we were pleased with the hotel. Traci, helped us set up our online group event so that guests could book either online or via phone as part of our block. I was able to mange the list and see who had made reservations for our block. Whenever someone accidentally booked out of the block, Traci quickly helped me by adding them to it. On the day of the wedding, the hotel provided multiple complimentary shuttles for the guests to and from the reception. They even scheduled a wheelchair accessible shuttle specially for one of our family members. In addition, all our guests received a complimentary breakfast for each night they stayed. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are clean and updated. It is rare that guests make comments about hotel accommodations after a wedding, but ours still talk about how nice the staff was and how great their stay was! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
