Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Arlington Heights

The front desk staff was so helpful! Had to stay the night due to a flight delay. They made sure to call me a taxi the next morning that would accept my cab voucher.

I stayed at this hotel last week for one night only (for work).
I and had had a first time medical problem and had to ask Rick, the manager, for assistance the next day. I will say that I've seen reviews on this site regarding the great staff, as well as Rick, and I can confirm that I agree! They are excellent. It's unusual to be able to make a blanket statement like this, but I'm doing it to say that this is a business worth patronizing.

Right off the expressway is this hidden gem of a hotel. People who work here are nice & smiling & ready to wait on your every whim. No pool working now but the hotel is CLEAN & fresh and comfortable!

Not much wrong here. Great customer service, pleasant staff, immaculate rooms, nice amenities, and conscious housekeeping.
Too bad the pool isn't open.
The negatives? The shortest shower heads in the world, like they were installed in 1840.

My husband and I are frequent guests at this location. They have beautiful rooms and great staff. Soi is generally there every time we check in and sometimes when we check out. (He works so much you would honestly think he lives there. Lol) He's very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Rick is also very nice and works just as hard. The only thing I would suggest if you're going to stay there is if you don't want to be woken up early, put the do not disturb sign on your door because the house keeping will knock on your door before it's even check out time if you don't. If you have that sign on your door they won't bother you though. All in all this is a great little place to stay. Very clean, very friendly and the beds are comfortable.

Clean, quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff responds to all requests immediately. Cleaning crew does a great job. Decent free breakfast but could use a protein to make it better. Overall much nicer place than nearby discount hotels.

Had a pleasant stay here. The rooms were clean and breakfast quality and variety is very good. Stayed here due to low price when compared to hotels in downtown. Easy to drive to sky deck and navy pier. Overall had a good experience.

Clean Room, bed and bathroom. Only a 45 min drive to downtown Chicago, and a good price for being in the Chicagoland area. We were in pinch finding vacancy at a decent, affordable hotel so we felt lucky to find this. The exterior is a little older, but the rooms are up to date and the girl at the front desk had exceptional customer service (evening of Friday, 7/9)

Clean, good customer service, a lot of parking no complaints

We've stayed here many times because it is close to a family member's home. We have never encountered a problem. Staff is friendly, room is comfortable and equipped.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean and updated. The staff including Rakesh and Kria were very friendly and accommodating. We had to stay an extra couple days due to Covid testing issues and Rakesh was great with us and gave us a great rate for the extra time needed. Thank you to the staff at the Days Inn Arlington Heights.

Excellent place to stay away from the noise if you are searching for a peaceful hotel. Clean rooms and with excellent facilities. There is a near bus station (Dundee/Wilke) that will connect you to every public transport. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is practical for busy people. Fitness room is little small but went well with me

Great place to stay, Ramona at front desk was very helpful with our reservation changes and made our stay super pleasant. Clean, quiet rooms, house keeping is there at a moment's notice. But the best part is the location. Right off of hwy, with plenty of guest parking. Great restaurants all around.

We stayed 2 nights here and it was perfect for our needs. We stayed in a room with one king bed and felt we had ample space. The room felt clean and comfortable. The staff was also super warm and friendly. Would stay here again if we're in the area.

Excellent room, nice staff, and cleaner than clean premises made my 2 night stay fabulous. No hotel guide..I couldn't find any information on checkout time, for example...but that is minor. Great access and nice neighborhood made all fabulous.

This is a great hotel for the price. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff
were courteous, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and will stay there again on my next visit.
