Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hoffman Estates, IL

We drove 4 hours from Indiana to Chicago and we stopped and stayed here. And from the minute we walked through the doors we were very pleased with how clean and organized the lobby was. The Gentleman at the check in counter was very polite. Our room was very nice and clean. We will be staying in these Hotels as we continue our travels.

This hotel was great. The rooms were clean, the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and respectful. The breakfast had a good selection. The pool was fun. The area felt safe.

We had an issue with our room because the door wouldn't lock, and they were completely booked for the night. They gave us a new room the next day and a free room for the future since we prepaid. I really appreciate the their fast willingness to solve the issue and offer accomodation. Overall a good stay and I would come back. :)

Just writing to let you know both of your male receptionist and the woman that serves breakfast are so kind and helpful! They all were very nice, and every time I walked by the front desk they asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. Cozy facilities!

I want to tell you about 4 employees of yours. Mousa who works the front desk always smiling and very helpful. Martha who has the breakfast up and ready every morning and the breakfast is very good. She works very hard with a smile. Dawn keeps the rooms very clean works hard with a smile. Tony maintains the building and makes us feel safe. I am saying this because we weren't here for only one night we have been here for 3 weeks. If l had loyal employees like that l no l would be successful. We are snow birds now and we will definitely be back.

We did not have any issue during our stay. The front desk was helpful. Our room was clean and we had a good night sleep. The breakfast staff was very friendly and the waffle was delicious. Even though there were not many selections in the breakfast, the food was fresh. Breakfast dining area was clean. For the money we spent, we have no complaints.

Read the reviews after booking our wedding block with them and to be honest was a tad nervous. We were so pleasantly surprised with how nice it was! We stayed in the bridal suite and we had so much space! The staff was so sweet and the breakfast was delicious. We also used the meeting room for the girls to get ready and they were so diligent to set it up for us with mirrors and chairs, even a higher chair for the makeup artist to use. Our artists said it was one of the best setups theyve seen as most dont even bother to put anything out for them. We got there early because we thought we would have to move things around but it was perfect we even got extra time to eat. The shuttles were great and almost perfectly on time. Thank you so much!

We stayed on Thanksgiving and flew out very early the next morning. Mousa was very knowledgeable and courteous. He’s a great asset to this hotel! I’m so thankful we were able to book and include the airport shuttle. We were happy the driver, Tony, was available to drive!

Staff were very friendly polite and professional. They assisted me with anything I couldn’t figure out myself. Rooms were smaller but very clean. Breakfast crew was on top of their game and made sure food was warm and ready. I would definitely stay here again.

3 star hotel on a 2 star budget. The staff here really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. When I come back to this area, I will for sure be staying here. Best hospitality I've received at a hotel in my life, I stay around 120 days a year in a hotel.

I have no idea why this hotel doesn't have a higher rating! We are extremely pleased with our stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast selection is better than most hotels. We would definitely book here again. Don't hesitate!

Online booking double booked me into your hotel. Patrick at the desk went out of his way to assist in resolving the issue. When I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised at the decor and cleanliness. I was there while visiting a relative in a nursing home and will book their again on future visits

Awesome place to stay. Things are v near and the front desk people are very kind, the breakfast is good halal is also available. Moreover, the rooms are clean and well maintained.

All of the employees where friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very dated but served its purpose. The shuttle service was perfectly on time with no long waits and our vehicle was untouched/well watched during our trip. My family will definitely be staying here again the next time we fligh out of O'Hair.

Was in town helping some family out and needed a place to stay. Excellent rate, wonderfully kind staff, and super easy check-in process. Definitely keeping this in mind for my next trip up!

Room was super spacious, and the bed was very comfortable and a good size for one person. Was only their for one night so cant comment on too much else around the establishment but everything seemed to be clean and in good order.

The people that work here make you feel at home, they are helpful and courteous. Wendy goes out of her way to get something for you if they don't have it. Room was nice and tidy and the breakfast was great. Also the shuttle to and from was great too. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Oddly the most comfortable bed I've slept in and the room was lovely. They trippin about those towels though. Our room had no towels, so I went to the front desk and two very flustered employees told me they couldn't give me *more* towels until I returned the original towels...uhh. I had no towels.. 😅 They DID eventually give me towels and I immediately brought them back after I showered. And I'm not blaming the employees, they looked over-worked and were literally sweating, plus I'm sure management was on them about towel theft or some bs you know. But yeah, longest conversation I've had about towels in my life😂

Kayla at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist with some special requests to help make the brides day a lot easier for our hotel accommodation needs! So grateful for all of her help and making everything flawless !

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Free breakfast. But it would be nice if the amenities in the bathroom included a free toothbrush. They give you soap and shampoo, why not a toothbrush? A lot of their guests are there because of cancelled airline flights, and all our stuff is in the luggage that the airline forced us to check. If there was a toothbrush, it would have been perfect.

Absolutely loved my experience here! Great room - clean and comfortable. I used the shuttle service 4 times to go to the airport (and back) and I never had to wait more than 5 mins. Breakfast exceeded my expectations too - really nice variety. I will stay here again next time that I need to travel to Ohare, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here.
