The manager was very helpful when doing my return. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Great prices! A lot of inventory to choose from

Lots of clothes, not much sporting goods. Good prices, I was hoping for Great Deals. I did find a pair of shoes I would have bought but they only had one size and it was not mine. Everything was well organized and there seemed to be enough checkout people, no lines.

Went there on the opening weekend. Had some nice door prizes, the apparel inside seem to be a decent price for new items. Still can be pricey, especially if you're used to the secondhand market. All in all seemed like a fine store, though I couldn't inspect it too closely with my kids.

Very good prices on some stuff. They had everything organized, but within the areas of stuff was a lot of repeats every few racks.

Had a lot of great deals, but double check the prices! I bought a pair of men’s socks for $18. When I got home, I peeled off a sticker that revealed they were originally from Marshall’s for $10.

Good deals, worst customer service workers I've ever met in my entire life. I was doing some Christmas shopping and was trying on some things and there were 3 girls working in the fitting room. I was changing clothes and the three of them start very loudly and rudely talking about me. They were cursing and saying in very colorful ways how I smelled bad, and laughing about it. They then proceeded to come over to my stall and SPRAY AIR FRESHNER outside on my stall and over the door into my stall . This went on for about 5 minutes, with them talking about me and laughing the whole time. They just wouldn't give it a rest. Mind you, I am a healthcare worker that had just gotten off a 16 hour shift and went straight to the store for christmas presents because that's the only time I have available, so I haven't gotten a chance to go home and shower yet and maybe didn't smell the best, but that is besides the point. And when I came out of the fitting room they were all looking at me and one said "yep, there it is". I just left because I was honestly shocked at how people could be so cruel to people they have never met before, especially when it's an employee talking to a customer. But I called back up there and talked to the manager and they told me the girls are in high school and that he'll have the general manager call me tomorrow. Definitely won't be coming back here though.

I contacted this store to purchase a Pflueger President 35 reel that was in inventory there. Was told I could only get it by in-store purchase on the day of the grand opening on Friday.

I checked today to verify that the reel was still available, and it’s gone. The store actually opened today and was most likely purchased.

Given my definite intent to buy the reel, DICK’S personnel should have found a way to help me purchase the reel.
