My wife and I were there for a test drive not long ago. Although we didn't buy anything that time, staff wasn't pushy yet helpful, courteous. I am always ready to walk out when the sales rep is even attempting to walk over me.
She asked me what I think about it, if I have any questions etc.
I am still in the market and will keep (and still keeping)this place in my radar.
When something comes up (trim, milage, price triangle 📐) I will pull the trigger.
It's good to not to be in a hurry.
Long story so, I'd recommend you giving this place a try on your next purchase.

Great service and friendly team, as always. The cashier would not accept my $20 oil change coupon for a $300 service, though, and told me to go back and talk to my service manager. I chose not to do that, because I did not have the time to spare. It’s only 20 bucks, but it’s disappointing that this was my final impression from an otherwise pleasant visit. This is an obvious flaw in training of the cashier staff, because they should be empowered to ALWAYS accept valid coupons.

We used the Costco buying service. Marlon was an expert in this program and the entire process took less than an hour. Best price as guaranteed by Costco. No haggle trade in. I brought in the Kelly BB pricing, demanded it, received it. Done.

I really appreciate the excellent and expedient treatment I received during my normal maintenance visit to Service. I received a full report, without any pressure, and received the discount listed on line. It is very comfortable knowing that my Camry is being taken care of expertly, while I wait for a short time, in such a comfortable environment.

Usually work on my vehicle but had an emergency. I saw Darryl at Elgin Toyota and they replaced the alternator on my Lexus and I thought the price was fair and they got it done in a good amount of time. Was very surprised at the service and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They also gave me a vehicle to use while my car was being worked on. Being an ex Toyota Technician I was very satisfied with this service department. The Sales department in this place though I’d rate a 2 star at best. I feel like they don’t want to sell cars. They don’t even acknowledge that you’re there. The guy I talked to initially was new but he really wasn’t personable at all. I did talk with a guy named Mo for a little bit and he was cool and knew his stuff. Ended up buying a Mazda at another dealer.

I live very close to this deal and was getting 2020 Nissan serviced here for three years before I traded it for my Camry. There have been times they were so busy I waited longer than I would have liked. However I have not had any problems with sales or service. Managers are friendly and helpful.

It was time for some regular maintenance on my truck and Charlene couldn’t have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. She was thorough and professional and while it took a couple of hours, she kept me in the loop. It’s nice to have to a service professional that truly cares and understands your situation.

I casually told my Elgin adviser Charline about an AC problem I had while on vacation. Charlene did a great job of having the AC system inspected, tested and added dye to the line in an attempt to find a leak. Great job, very thorough.

We had a phenomenal car buying experience at Elgin Toyota today! Our salesman Ali, was beyond helpful and did everything he could to make sure we made a purchase we were happy with! We will definitely be back, and specially to see Ali, for our future car buying needs!

I purchased a car from Elgin Toyota in February 2024. I found the entire team to be very professional from initial contact through delivery. We established the terms of our deal up front and the team executed exactly as planned. Mike Jr. was very helpful as we tracked the car I reserved from allocation through production and delivery. He even came in on his day off to meet me when it was convenient for me to take delivery. I want to particularly call out Mike for his responsiveness and clear, concise communication. Mike was a pleasure to do business with. The team also flawlessly handled some administrative complexities in how I wanted to take title and I appreciate their help with this!

The facility is a very nice, modern dealership, with a proper business waiting area and WiFi. You could comfortably work remotely from here while getting service done.

Billy Joe was very attentive. He was very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend asking for him. On another note, when we walked in, another sales guy sat there staring at us for a couple minutes and didn't get up to greet us. We thought he might be busy. But when the sales manager found someone to help us he brought the guy that didn't greet us at the door. (I've never seen that at a dealer. Sales men/women are usually so inviting.) Anyway, we refused to work with him since we felt unimportant to him. We were then introduced to Billy and walked out with a new Truck and he even took extra time after his shift to fill up our gas tank. So shout out to Billy for giving us such great customer service. The 5 stars are really for him.

I had reached out to Sam A (that used to work here) looking for recommendations of where to go and who to work with when looking for a car for my mom. He directed me to this location and provided me with Tancho’s information.
We sat down with Tancho to discuss our situation and needs for a new car. He is extremely professional, and asked all of the right questions to help us narrow down selection of vehicles, and determine which one fit her needs best.
He went above and beyond to select other alternatives with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
My mom typically hates the stigma of “sales people” but after leaving the facility, she could not stop saying how nice and pleasant he was to work with and how much better he made this stressful situation.

my experience here at Toyota in Elgin. The staff customer service was excellent from beginning to end really accommodated me and got me in and out. I was there no more than 40 minutes. Great customer service.

Best experience buying a car hands down. The salesman, Khalid, was very patient and helpful. He was an excellent salesman and a genuinely good person who was honest and helped me every step of the way. Would highly recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone looking for a car.

The shipping film used to transport new vehicles caused spots on the vehicle's exterior. Elgin Toyota conducted extensive research to correct the issue, and the results were excellent. Thanks to everyone involved.

Besides the fact that they did a great job on my vehicle they originally quoted me a price. When I got there the price was much higher. However they honored the price that I was originally quoted which was significantly lower. I thought that was very good customer service.

3 months ago I gave a single star , but now I'm changing to 5 because this time they did give a good service.
As they couldn't finish my job same day they gave me free loner and covered my repairs under warranty and no cost to me so happy with thier service.
