We opened a kids account and had the most awesome of experiences. Ryan Neubauer was excellent and answered all out questions. Good work young man! I have been in the Credit Union world for 20 years and can recognize a good CU. Metro is excellent. I will be back to open my own membership soon.

The employees are all extremely helpful and friendly where you really feel like a valued member there. Alfonso helped get a new chapter started for my family and I by working out a loan that was reasonable and extended the assistance we needed. The only complaint I have, and it’s a small one, is that I’d feel a bit more at home in the office there, if I had seen a poster of Recyclops somewhere. Other than that I would highly recommend anyone to Metro as a place I trust. Thanks again I can’t tell you how helpful your services are right now. Metro truly puts the “business” in “Boboddy”.

I needed an auto loan. Initially, I considered an online credit union until I found out it would take 5-7 days to receive a check in the mail. That was not going to work for me! Then, I spoke with Metro Credit Union and was immediately sold. Later, I would realize the advantage of working with a local credit union where they will get to know you as a person.

They were able to raise my check in 24 hours, and as a result, this made me a reliable candidate for the private seller. They provided free CarFax reports throughout the process, which I used to negotiate an additional $1000 off the vehicle price. As planned, I was able to utilize these MCU perks to land an incredible deal!

Then, there are the people. I worked with Alfonso directly, who demonstrated excellent communication skills, was easy to get ahold of, and was punctual. The service desk associates were extraordinarily kind and friendly. The building's interior looks NICE! I was so happy I went with my gut and chose Metro Credit Union. Undoubtedly, I would have been another number with an online credit union.

Alfonzo isn’t just approving loans, he’s saving lives and making dreams come true! He is the definition of going above and beyond for the customer! He was extremely helpful! His kindness and expertise really made the experience that much more enjoyable. And that says a lot about something as uninteresting as a loan. Strongly recommend

Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are always looking to help their costumers in every way possible. I have been a member of Metro for eight years. The service there is amazing. I have recently refinanced my mortgage with Metro, and opened a home equity line of credit. The process was very easy, and Gabriela (the representative I worked with) is the nicest person! Not only was Gabby VERY knowledgeable, but she was able and willing to answer all of my questions and explain things in detail. I would highly recommend banking with Metro, as well as looking to them for lending. Seriously, call Gabby and at the very least explore your options. She was never pushy and talk to me through everything. I couldn’t be happier!
