Shanon was a HUGE help, we were so hesitant to buy our wedding rings, and Shanon put all our worries to rest. Not only did we walk out with both our wedding bands below budget, we had a great experience too.

Helzberg has always been the best. They are super friendly. Tell them exactly what you’re looking for and they will find it easy, and they’ll throw you so deals usually too. I can’t thank them enough for helping us and how fast the whole process was. I can’t recommend them enough!

Shannon Patten and David were fantastically amazing!!!!! They helped me find the perfect wedding enhancer and wedding ring!! I've never lit up so much with a ring, and they helped me have that experience. I will be going back for more jewelry, most definitely!! Don't walk. Run to get your next jewelry piece!

10/10 recommend this place to anyone who is planning to get married. First, Amanda helped me find thee perfect engagement ring. She was so sweet and easy to talk to. Then Shannon gave my future husband and I the diamond experience. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and made your nerves of ring shopping go away. Afterwards David joined us to look at wedding bands. He too was very friendly and knowledgeable. David was the cherry on top. From beginning to end, everyone was so amazing and sweet. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We’ll be inviting them to our wedding, that’s how amazing and perfect this was.

Shannon helped me find the best deals to get me the wedding upgrade of my dreams! She took my ideas and ran with it. David was also very helpful finding me the best loose diamond to put it all together!!
