Springfield Clinic Main Campus West

Everyone I dealt with, from the greeters to the people who work in the cafe, the lab and radiology techs, and my physician's nurse and nurse practitioner, were all friendly, patient and helpful. They treated everyone who dealt with them with kindness and respect. My appointments were all on time, so I didn't have to wait long, which I really appreciated.

First thing is finding the parking lot and walkways totally cleared of the ice that covered the city. Relieved that safety is important. Welcoming atmosphere. I started the day at the wrong office, but was kindly referred to correct floor. Staff is wonderful! Building clean. First time at this building.

We were warmly greeted and welcomed at the front desk. Our wait to be called was a bit, but when we were called, she apologized for keeping us waiting. Dr. Winters came to the room promptly and was very professional and extremely helpful as well as friendly and supportive. I was completely impressed with everything and everyone.

Taylor Joslin in pulmonary was very kind and compassionate at my first visit. I'm glad to add her expertise to my medical team.

Greeter Bill helped me find my way from West to Radiology on the East side on a day I was experiencing low vision. He was very kind.

Staff in the lobby were very helpful in directing me to where I needed to be for my appointment. The staff in the dermatology dept were friendly and efficient. Ms. Donahue, the APRN who treated me, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was a very positive experience.

I always enjoy the appts. with my eye doctor at the Main Campus—West. Jesse is so kind and patient with me. She explains things thoroughly and points out options that i have. Dr. Bandari came in to look at my eyes, too, and explained about the cataract surgery. I was not scheduled to see him this time, so i really appreciated that he made time for me.

One of the best Physician experiences I have ever had! Easy to book the appointment, healthcare provider called me back early, had a great open dialogue. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Honestly, great.

I was there for my annual visit. First time I saw new nurse practitioner. She was excellent and lady that did breathing test was also excellent it was a pleasant experience. Receptionist also great very friendly

My appointment was w/ Amy Berry. Amy is about as friendly & personable as a medical professional can be! I always look forward to my appointment w/ her.

Everyone was really nice and professional… All of my questions and concerns was addressed. Becky Dr. Schuerman’s PA was great. 🗣Kudos to her👏🏾

I was pleasantly impressed that all questions answered and did not have to wait! Dr Petterson’s NP was very nice and helpful!

Excellent!! Beth Phelps was wonderful! She was so concerning & good in explaining everything! She took very good care of me! Hope to get her my next visit, she was excellent!!

Appreciate the warm welcomes every time as I walk in the front door of this building. Dr. Schuermann’s front desk staff greet me by name and Dakota, LPN is pleasant and thorough in-person and with follow-up calls. Thank you for the great care and the cafe on the fourth floor is an added bonus after your visit.

I saw Jessi Prentice regarding a pain in my right eye. She examined me and was very knowledgeable and efficient. I can’t begin to say how good she is and how her treatment of me was. She’s terrific!

My visit 2 Springfield Clinic was enjoyable. Amy Barry took time 2 really listen 2 what I had 2 say n she helped me 2 understand actually what's going on with my breathing n with my lungs. If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would!!! Thank u n God bless u alllllllll. Peace ✌

Stacy Wieland was, as always, very thorough, prepared, friendly, and professional when I saw her for my annual checkup. She addressed all my concerns and questions to my satisfaction. I feel very confident in her ability and appreciative of her attention to detail.

Absolutely fabulous Pulmonary team. I left feeling hopeful and very well taken care of. They actually listened to me and for that I am grateful. Thank you Springfield Clinic who I call Dr. Taylor, but Taylor is her first name. Dr. Taylor is wonderful.

Amazing Experience. The Doctor/NP was amazing and communicated very well! She was understanding and created a very comfortable environment to express my concerns! Dr. Emmy was Awesome!

Everyone was very professional and helpful. The nurse practitioner that I saw really took her time and made me feel valued.

The PA was cordial and efficient like most SC staff. He listened and gave clear information.
