CPR Cell Phone Repair Glen Carbon

The franchise owner, Roy, was extremely helpful when I broke the screen on my Google Pixel 6 Pro! Not only was the screen broken, but one of the main memory chips was scorched, and needed replaced as well. Initially, I was given a quote for the parts and labor to replace the screen, but obviously didn't know anything about the chip until the screen was off. Well, when I went in to check it out, Roy not only loaned me a phone to use while they waited on the parts, but he also told me that they were going to stick with the originally quoted price and not charge me for the additional parts and labor! Now, I'm a returning customer here because of something similar he did for my brother years ago before he owned the place, and will absolutely be a return customer here if I rver have issues again because of the way they do business here. I will be recommending CPR Glen Carbon to anyone I know having phone troubles. Thanks Roy!

They weren't able to fix my phone a galaxy 23ultra but it was due to the manufacturer being out of stock for screens so they were very quick to tell me so I could file for a replacement

They genuinely do SUCH a wonderful job and have always been in a great mood when I've come in. I drive a half hour just to go to them because I trust them more than so many other places I've been. HIGHLY recommended!!

Excellent service, communication, dedication to helping us out. These folks are top notch. I'm soooo glad we didn't send the iPhone to Apple to repair as they'd of just replaced it and we'd of lost all of the photos and other data. 1000% recommend this shop. I hope I don't see them often, but they will be my first choice in cell phone problems from now on.

I only regret not having cash to slip to the guy who cleaned my charging port for $0. He deserved a five or a handy or something.

Brought my IPhone 2022 SE in for charging port issues, I was sure it was broken. The gentleman behind the counter took it into the back and found that it had some debris built up in the port and cleaned it. He showed me that it charged great once again, and said I owed him nothing. He was incredibly polite and professional. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a repair!

Diagnosed and fixed my phone same day while in town on a trip. Highly recommend

I dropped off my PS4 Pro to get a deep clean because the fans were working overtime to cool the system (think jet engine sounds). They quoted me $75 (w/ tax but I also left a tip -- so about $90 altogether), and said it would be 5-7 business days. I was super shocked when I got a call 2 days later saying they were done! I went home, plugged it in, and the system was running as smooth as the day I bought it! Beyond impressed, everyone was super pleasant, and I will be using them again in the future!

My phone stopped charging with the charging port and I thought I would need a new charging port installed. The guy behind the counter plugged it in and said he was pretty sure he knew the problem. He took it to the back for a couple mins and came back and said try it now. My phone charges with the charging port now! He said it was just some pocket lint built up in the charger. When I asked him how much I owed for cleaning it out he said no charge just come back if I need any other repairs. I was going to buy a screen protector from them since I didn't have to pay anything for the cleaning but wanted a tempered glass protector which they didn't have. And the guy was honest and said to just buy one off Amazon since they didn't have any. I appreciate their prompt and friendly customer service as well as their honesty. I will definitely be using them for any repairs I need done in the future.

Great customer service!! I had a cracked ipad screen that was fixed promptly. The employee even offered to apply the screen protector purchased from a 3rd party. Will definitely come back for future needs.
