An absolute hidden gem, great selection of books, very fair prices. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Kids enjoyed the reading nook as we looked through the Book Lady's (aka Pam) attic book selections. We were so happy to find some out of print books that B&N nor Amazon offers anymore. It's a charming and well kept place with a wide variety of gently used books. Pam has books for all ages, some toys and other stuff. This store is the jewel of the river. Loveliest, sweetest owner you'll ever meet. So many children's books which I'm so grateful for because there were so many childhood classics I was so happy to see again. I brought a friend with and we spent a good while sitting on the floor reminiscing about childhood books. There were so many classic and new books in fantastic condition. Walking in, I felt right at home. I literally cannot wait to frequent this place now that I've found it.

What an incredible bookstore! Every nook and cranny of this house is filled with paperbacks and hardcovers of every genre. You could spend days exploring and discovering something new. The woman who runs the shop is also very friendly and accommodating. She gives you a plastic bin to carry the books you collect in. A very charming touch to the experience. Be aware that she does not take credit cards, only cash, checks, and PayPal. Definitely coming back to search some more!

My friend had heard about this place from social media and wanted to come here since she heard they were open on a Sunday which isnt always typical; needless to say this was an exceptional experience! The owner Pam is the absolute sweetest manager ever and showed us around her quaint and lovely shop while telling us a bit about how she runs the store. She told us about a bunch of nearby boutiques, small shop owners, and restaurants. She has a HUGE selection of all genres for all age groups and has everything from vintage novels, to contemporary and new releases. I had the best time and you should definitely come by if you're considering it!

Mrs. Pam was very nice and welcoming into her shop. She was very helpful when we asked for book recommendations and different genres. I was in awe when I walked up those stairs and saw the amazing collection of books that she had. 10/10

Pam was great and we loved this little bookshop. It was my first time going but we’ll definitely be back. It’s funny, I took a book off the shelf that was not propping up the books behind it, but they all mysteriously fell off the shelf anyway. A book (behind the books that fell) called Heart Shaped Box caught my eye (because, Nirvana) and I pulled it off the shelf. I had just been talking to Pam about how I was into Stephen King when I was younger so I was looking for something similar but not King. It turns out that Heart Shaped Box was the first book written by Joe Hill…aka Stephen King’s son! Eery how that worked out!

This place is a total hidden gem! She always has required reading books my kids need for school, and usually multiple copies of popular books. The books are in great condition, and Pam is ALWAYS happy to help. Definitely worth your time, even if (or perhaps especially if!) you're just looking for a summer beach read!

The books are cheap which is great, I would recommend anyone this book store, especially anyone who loves to read books since the books go from floor to ceiling. Its ran by a very sweet lady named Pam, we had a little chat she mention she first started 20 years ago in her garage. There's a variety of books ranging for kids to teens then finally adults, if your a student teacher or just a teacher this is a great place to come to.

Wonderful nook filled top to bottom with books! The owner is super nice and recommends great books if you tell her what you are looking for. I take my 9 year old with me, she always finds something for herself too. Happy to have this gem in Bartlett.

I discovered the Book Ladys Attic right before the world shut down for covid19. What. A. Lifesaver. We are able to flawlessly order books and safely pick them up all contact free. My Grandma is 90 and looks forward to the little extra book treat we sometimes get with our order. Thanks for a great service! Can't wait til the shop is able to open and we will be able to meet and browse in person!

Me and my friend came in earlier today and was amazed by the selection of books and how cheap all the books were.All of the books were in perfect condition and i found 2 books for me and a book for my brother, all were chapter books and my total came out to only 14 dollars. Will be coming again soon!

This us just the cutest little book shop ever!!! The owner is sweet as pie and you just can't beat the prices they are so reasonable. With the covid craziness she is only open for pick up. Shoot her a text and she will be your personal book shopper it's awesome!
