I was looking for a special cone for my dog and I couldn’t find it anywhere until I came here. They seem to have very good inventory. The employees were very helpful with help me find a few items that I couldn’t find by myself. The membership here is awesome!! I can’t wait to come back again to get my dogs nails trimmed. Thank you for such a great experience with Customer Service!!

They keep my iguana "Orlando" the baby i brought from them 3yrs ago beautiful and healthy with their reptile products, Greg is awesome he's been there for over 16 years and this is the go to guy. Thanks for staying open.

They were really nice when I went to get my fish. I really like the fish so far and the animals seem happy there the birds are cool and one bird can wave it was cut so I give this place 5 stars

Found everything our family needed. We went to get a pet parakeet and I don't know who, but someone from your staff told me and my family everything he knew about parakeets. He helped us get him into the little box. Now we are taking care of a healthy, lively, and silly parakeet named Sasuke!

Every fresh-water aquatic animal I have bought at Petco has been healthy.

I have also purchased hermit crabs and a guinea pig from there as well. They all did well.

These guys always take care of me! They always have the crickets I need for my tarantula. Service is great!

UPDATE!: Petco has fixed the outside awnings and now it looks amazing! Changing my rating from 2 stars to 5!

It's Petco. I will say one thing do if you are looking for a particular dog food if they carry the brand the more than likely have it. Don't believe the website I don't believe they have updated stock.

I have brought my dog in and met a very nice employee named Brie. She always does a super job and my dog looks and smells great so I have used her many times. With the work she does I hope you make her a manager as she is good with customers and not anything like the other person I saw there named Cheryl.

Is there groomers department is excellent highly recommends specially the young lady Tiffany she does an amazing job

This store has the most genuinely kind people I have ever met. The managers here care so much for their animals and customers! The girls in the grooming salon are also so kind. They are very knowledgeable about how to care for the dogs. Bring your dogs here!!!

Tessa is the best groomer and the reason we go to Petco. We travel past numerous other groomers to get our furry family member the care and love from Tessa.

My husband brought our dog there for grooming, and she came out smelling sooo good! The girls there put so much effort into their job and it shows. Will absolutely be coming there more often.

The staff is so helpful there! The refillable cat litter bin was completely empty so I told the cashier. Within a minute.the manager came over, apologized for the mistake and refilled it with big bags. They were swamped over the weekend and this was a Monday. Over the top customer service and products I can count on.
