Our leader of Rotnreviews brought the team out here, and WOW! The food is top tier! I have never had cheesy grits or fries made so well. Everything is bursting with flavor and the restaurant is beautiful and clean. We can't wait to eat here again!

This was my first visit & I was pleasantly surprised. They were quite busy, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. I had the beef tips & rice, which were delicious. My step-daughter had the catfish filets & she & my wife said they were very good as well. The staff was very friendly! I highly recommend.

Was blown away by this place. Just happened to look up restaurants on Google and boy did they not fail me!!! First of all this place is in such an amazing spot and looks like a very unassuming country restaurant. From the fried green tomatoes to the blackberry creme brulee, everything was perfect and flavorful. The details and from scratch approach made every bite another trip down a gravel road to a town called heaven! Thank you guys so much for the meal. I cannot stress the importance of going to this place at least once.

First time trying here & I was very impressed! The Ribeye was SO good & soft, the twice baked potato was absolutely amazing & the asparagus was perfect and seasoned well! Hubby had a burger and loaded fries and they were amazing as well ! Waitress was sweet & attentive. We’re big foodies & hard to impress but this cute little restaurant is 10/10

I've been here several times but this is the first time I've ever gotten a hamburger, and oh my goodness, it was honestly the best I've ever had. I got the Duxelles burger with caramelized mushrooms, onions and provolone cheese. It was cooked to perfection (med rare) and so juicy. I had to bring half of it home. I ordered the onion rings as my side and they, too, are so good. Lightly breaded with a little drizzle of honey (I think). Went at lunch and it was packed, but the service was great. A burger will be my go to meal there from now on!

I can’t speak highly of this place enough! Farmhouse needs to be on Birmingham’s “foodie” list. Literally THE BEST steak in the entire city, in my opinion, and believe me, we’ve been to pretty much every steak place in town. The onion rings with that hint of honey just melts in your mouth. No dipping sauce required for those! I had the chicken sandwich tonight and to say it was AMAZING, honestly doesn’t do it justice. I wasn’t really hungry, but the flavors made me inhale it and wishing for another even though there’s no way it would fit in my stomach. The portion sizes are perfect.
If you don’t try this place and want to come back, then you are missing out or had a one in a million bad day. I wish I had thought to take pictures before I ate it all. It was beautifully plated.

Great place to carry family or friends, wonder staff that actually thank us for the business. The food is way above average , only problem is I live 80 miles away 😆. But it will be the new place when we go and see our grandson. Blessed

The food is amazing. The staff they have is great. Springville is lucky to have this restaurant in their town. This is a place you should go and have a meal. You won't be disappointed.

Wow, we were looking for somewhere to get a bite outside of Birmingham after the bowl game yesterday and happened on this place. Food was sooo good! Small place; nothing fancy about it; but the menu was pretty amazing! Service was outstanding...atmosphere was cozy. We would definitely go back if we're ever in the area again, and highly recommend it!

1st time being there,day before yesterday,I forgot to to post.. absolutely the best burger I've had in a VERY long time,I forgot the name of it... Mushrooms,and onions,It was was a beautiful experience to eat... Paired with fried green tomatoes... And to finish the experience,an outstanding white chocolate bread pudding... DELICIOUS. And our server, Kevin was absolutely great at explaining the process of there beautiful burgers, answered all questions,and very hospitable. HIGHLY recommend.

This was my first visit to The Farmhouse in Springville. A birthday lunch with my family. I had asked to be taken to a restaurant they had enjoyed that I had not experienced. We had four different lunches and all were perfectly cooked. I ordered the salmon dish. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I must say we went on a busy Saturday but were promptly seated. Service was fast. The restaurant was clean. I was well pleased with my first time eating at The Farmhouse. I recommend this eating establishment.

They have a menu that is large enough for any reasonable person to find something amazing to eat without being overwhelming to the average diner.

I drove about an hour just to eat here, and I will be back, which is the highest praise I can give.

Very pleased. Large and tasty portions for everyone's meal - the portion of the Chicken Fried Chicken could easily have fed two. The service was knowledgeable of the menu and attentive. The location is a bit "family style," but well appointed and pleasent. Dinner for two with appetizer and dessert, no alcohol ~ $50. Could have eaten for less or more as the menu was quite varied. Looking forward to a return trip.

I've been to several events where Springville Farmhouse catered the event. Every single time the food is amazing. Everyone gets excited when they know Farmhouse is catering.
So, when my sister asked where I wanted to go for my birthday, this was it.
Their food is fresh, not frozen. Everything has such amazing flavor. You won't get flavors like it just anywhere.
We went on a Tuesday at 1:00 and it was packed. Everyone loves this place and the service is outstanding.

Black and blue burger was amazing, a lot more meat than other places burgers. Caramelized onions were done perfectly. I like them cooked till they are soft so they were just right. Girlfriend got the fried chicken BLT and loved it as well as the fried green tomatos. If we are ever back in Springville we will definitely be back.

My daughter, a friend, & I ate there today. I had eaten there before but it was 1st time for both of them. Food was Excellent & male waiter was very attentive. Definitely be back!

Traveling through Alabama and stopped in for lunch. So glad we did! Service was very friendly, restaurant was clean and food was awesome! Black and bleu burger was amazing. Hubby had Cuban chicken and he really like it also. Said chicken was super tender. Will definitely be back if ever coming through again at meal time.

We are traveling and I chose this place as a stopping point to eat and stretch our legs. I could not believe how many reviews they had, but now I see why. First I have to say BREAD PUDDING. Don’t skip it. Take it home. Our server Rayne (spelling?) made our experience for sure. A personable server makes all the difference, and it’s rare to come by now a days. I had the fried green tomatoes and the rancher salad. I didn’t love the blue cheese dressing, but the tomatoes were great… but I destroyed my low carb streak for the bread pudding and don’t regret it haha. My husband had the Cuban and commented multiple times how good it was. Toddler approved of the fries.
