I recently had Light Brite service my gas fireplace ahead of the chilly season, and boy, was it a fantastic experience! After having a negative experience with another company, I was referred to Derek and he sent Clarence out to my home to help me out.

Clarence, the service expert, was a lifesaver. Not only did he fix up my fireplace expertly, but he also took the time to share some invaluable maintenance tips. Plus, he was incredibly patient around my house full of kids during Thanksgiving break. Kudos to him for handling it all like a champ!

A heartfelt thank you to Derek and Clarence at Light Brite for going above and beyond! I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family in need of fireplace services. It is obvious that this company has amazing people and values. I will never call on anyone else.

The tech was friendly and professional. He was able to clean the rust from our equipment and made our fireplace work better then ever before. He took his time to ensure both of our gas fireplaces were clean and safe for use. We will definitely be using their services for maintaining our fireplaces going forward.

I worked with Lacy for our mudroom lockers and had such a wonderful experience! She was extremely detailed, kept me involved throughout the process, and dealt with my constant indecisiveness like a champ! Not to mention my lockers are stunning!!! I would 100% recommend Light Brite!

We are building a new house and our builder uses Light Brite. It was worth the drive to Trenton. The selection was huge and the staff was extremely helpful. No pressure to select certain styles and very helpful to put it all together. Great place for lights and also fireplaces!

What a wonderful experience! Light Bright built a full wall media cabinet for our theater room and it just turned out more beautiful than I could have hoped! Lacy and the team helped me design the perfect space and then made it come alive! Highly recommend their team for any custom cabinetry needs!!

I bought my gas stove from Light Brite about 12 years ago. The service then was excellent, and it is still first-class excellent today! I turned the gas off to it and hadn't used it in many years. Jim was awesome in scheduling maintenance for me. He even got the date moved up because of a cancellation! And, Clarence was awesome too!! He was polite, efficient and patient with all my questions!!

We had a new Fireplace insert installed by Light Brite. Dan, our salesman was wonderful he helped us find the right insert. He came to our home, making the hour trip twice, to make sure the one we wanted would fit. He even came over the day of installation. Clarence who installed it was just great and very helpful going over the instructions showing us how it works. Then we added a new mantle which they custom built for us. Jerry installed that for us and it looks beautiful.
We wanted to mention all 3 because they represented their company well with their knowledge and professionalism. If anyone is thinking of changing out their fireplace then this is definitely where you should go!

A beautiful job of tearing out my old firebox and installing a new gas fireplace. The crew were here for less than a day and did a very professional job. Can't believe how much better it is. I get more heat now than I ever did with logs, and no mess.

Recently I had bookcases done on both sides of my fireplace and wanted to comment about the incredible work done by Light Brite. I worked with Lacy who helped me with all the decisions and she was a pleasure to work with, friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband and I wanted to change our wood burning fireplace to a gas insert. Lite Brite did a fantastic job helping us to accomplish this goal. Nick showed us our options and helped us to find the perfect gas insert. Nick is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The two gentleman that came to our home to check out the dimensions and determine what needed to be ordered were extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly answered our questions. Our two installers were Jake and Clarence. They are amazing! They had our new insert installed and working in a short time, they explained how to use the controls, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were very polite and conscientious in their work. The Lite Brite team is very impressive as they work together to provide the customer with the best products and optimum service. Our new insert is warm and beautiful. We absolutely LOVE our fireplace transformation. We are extremely satisfied, and we highly recommend Lite Brite!

Excellent service and very professional. I had taken my fireplace apart to paint the firebox due to some surface rust. I was afraid it wasn't being put together right since I was getting soot on the outside. The technician was incredible--cleaned the box, set up the logs, checked everything. I couldn't be happier! Reasonably priced as well!
