I love going here. The staff and Mrs. Lisa are all fantastic. I have had to go many times and everytime I have gone everyone are always fantastic. Mrs. Lisa has helped me so much there are not enough thank yous I could ever give her or her staff, all of them have helped me. I have been sick for quite some time and without the help of Mrs. Lisa and her staff I would not have made the improvements I have made. There again I can not thank all of them enough. I highly recommend going here if you have to. I know I could only give 5 stars but all of them deserve a 10.

Not only do I love Lisa Osborne, but by children love her as well. My son is really picky about his doctor and he absolutely adores Lisa. The girls in the office are very sweet, Melynda at the front desk is awesome as well she is very easy to work with. I love having them here in our little town.

Super quick and easy during this mess of Covid. Drove all the way across the county just to visit this office, and really glad I did. Everywhere else has been turning patients away or having wait times of 3-5 hours. The staff is really accommodating and friendly, as well.

A great local doctors office. My one complaint would be how many calls it takes to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. I understand they are very busy during covid so I will still leave five stars. Other than that they are very friendly and good at what they do! Thankful they are in our area.

Waited 5 hours with 2 hours left to wait,the day before at another local place. Called United Drs. and got an appointment the next afternoon. Very nice,thorough and helpful. Great staff. Got me on my way and feeling better. Thanks a bunch. Highly recommend these folks!!

They were wonderful to see my husband who's regular doctor wasn't available at Christmas . I'm thankful to them for being available for him . He said it was a good experience .

The staff is always friendly. The wait time really isn't that long. The CRNP is really friendly, listens to what you have to say, and answers any questions you have. I recommend this place 100 percent.

My family& I love Lisa & her staff,wait periods are short& staff is super nice& helpful.Well worth the 35 minute drive for a short wait time.Lisa is a very thorough& compassionate doctor.I recomend them to all friends & family.

The whole staff is always very friendly and caring and believe me i have had to visit my share of Dr offices in.the past few yrs due to cancer and this group is always passionate caring friendly staff ❤

My family began seeing LISA at UDFMC-Altoona in September of 2019! Since then,
I can honestly say that making the decision to change our primary care doctor and going to
UDFMC-Altoona was the best decision we could have ever made!! The staff at this office are always very sweet, laid-back, & are very passionate about making sure that we're taken care of to the best of their ability!!
My family will never leave our UDFMC-Altoona family!!

Everyone was so nice and Dr. Osburn dnt rush you in and out.I would highly recommend you all .The place is very clean and you dnt have to wait a long time before seeing the Dr. I highly recommend you guys. God Bless

Doctor is very good and helped my sinus infection very quick. I recommend this doctor and the assistants. They are very professional.

I've been searching for a Dr that would take the time to sit down with me and not rush me through the visit. I didn't feel judged not one time while I was there.
