They are very friendly and curtious. Polite and always understanding and calls just when have money avaliable. Never calls me until then. Always helps me whenever i need it

I highly recommend using Credit Central in albertville! Jennefer and Julie make you feel like family, the are so welcoming and talk to you like they have know you forever. I was able to get what I needed and I will always do business with them!

I called to get a small loan, lady was nice and helpful I thought, then never called me back, so I called and she said I only had 1 thing on my credit, which I know to be a lie as i pay for credit monitoring. Didnt even account for the amazing loan and payment history I have with my car place that is on my credit. I see now why they have 3.7 stars. Very sad not to help people in the world we are in , and to lie about something everyone else can see on my credit to discredit me a loan. Very sad.

For this to be a business, you would think that they would be professional and courteous. They call you and ask if you would like to renew your loan and be able to pay some things off. Very rude and unprofessional.

I've done my taxes with hrblock online for the last six years. Usually pay about $150 after fees and all. This year I saw credit central could do a tax advance for up to 6k. Reluctantly I gave it a shot and filed with credit central. Told me i would know in 24 hrs if i got approved for the advance. Literally 3 weeks go by and never heard from credit central. Called them today to be informed i didnt qualify. And on top of that they charged me $500 to do my taxes. What!!!!! Biggest financial mistake of my life. Do not go here.
