She’s helped me so much with all of my questions I’ve had, instead of dealing with customer service over the phone that I can barely understand. She deserves a raise!

Idk what you are paying your employees.... but it's not enough! Couldn't be happier with my decision to shop there. Your employee(Jessie) was full of knowledge and really helped me understand everything. She was a beacon of light that brightened my day, she made things more clear and provided more resolution then any camara equipped om a current generation phone. 12/10 would shop here and with them(Jessie) again!

The level of professionalism and patience displayed by our rep (Nick) was amazing. He patiently helped us with deciding which phone would be a good fit for my mother-in-law, and went above and beyond when it came to transferring the content from her old phone. There is nothing better than a knowledgable customer service representative. I experiecend customer service from Jessy that was most excellent. I found her to be quite the problem solver, extremely warm and personable, and her makeup was on point too! I will be returning to Verizon in Alton just because of her!

Came in to get some help setting up my new phone that came in the mail. Sales rep Caylee was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer some other questions that I had. She exhibited excellent customer service.

I came in with a awful shattered phone, came out with an amazing brand new one. Kayla was amazing! She was also dealing with another customer which unfortunately was not so kind but she was super professional the whole time! Very impressed by the knowledge, and kindness that the employees bestow with grace. Would totally recommend coming here, just ask for Kayla!

I was so pleased with my experience at the Alton location! I usually cringe when I have to tend to anything having to do with my devices. I was expecting a long wait with some unexpected hiccups. This experience was quite the contrary. Tanya was our rep, she was very personable and polite, she quickly got us in and out and explained everything in detail so there were no questions after we left. She also explained the current and upcoming promotions that we were able to take advantage of. We are new to Verizon and so far have had nothing but excellent service!

I recently went in to the store to cancel my service. I had quite a few unpleasant run ins with staff at this location before, and my bill seemed excessively too high. Not only was Nick VERY professional and courteous, he took a look at my account and figured out why my bill was so high. I left the store with a brand new iphone 13, and a phone bill that was still cheaper than when I went in! Nick is awesome! 10 stars!

I would just like to say I had a wonderful experience at this store specifically with the salesperson Kayla this evening. I just got home with my new phone, which unfortunately kept her there late due to some issues with the computer. She was very professional with me and would recommend this store to anyone needing assistance.
