Nice structure but considering street parking is free here, it's really not worth it unless the streets are empty.

Entire city block of parking with a thin veil of rentable spaces along the ground floor to cheaply imitate the walkable downtown buildings like these are destroying. $19 million of your taxpayer money was spent to subsidize this burden. Anyone with a brain knows nobody wants to visit a parking lot.

Your tax dollars at work 🤢 what used to be a productive downtown block generating good tax money for the city has been reduced to subsidize more free parking in a city where the street parking is never full. The city council keeps talking about their efforts to "revitalize" downtown but so far all I've seen is efforts to make it a place for cars instead of a place for people.
