Great grocery store, very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. For a guy like myself who works late into the night being open 24hrs is much appreciated. I will go out of my way to make a late night run to pick up essentials and it's the only pharmacy I know of in my area that can fill a prescription when I need it instead of when it's convenient. Thanks to the owners management and staff for operating this store.

Christmas season and the store is packed! Every checkout lane is in operation, lots of carryout people, and friendly courteous service. They are stocking as fast as possible and what little I needed was available. The best service since Covid! Great job. 👏👏👏
Update. I just experienced the most efficient checker I have ever had. He was not rude, but he said no more than necessary. He got through checking me out. He handed me my receipt and gave me a pleasant goodbye. Before I has gathered up my sacks He had already begun checking out the person following me. He's the guy you want if it's busy or you are in a hurry!

Love it, is open 24/7 so makes shopping a lot easier if yoi get off late like me or run out of something or need something late at night. The staff is amazing always helping and nice

We had a family friend pass away. Our mom wanted a certain flower for an arrangement, the manager at 45th and bell (Carol) found the orchid and made the most beautiful arrangement for the service.
We couldn't have been more happy to see our mom (87 years old) to see what Carol had designed for her friends service.
Thank you Carol for showing my moms dream through your work and talent.

This is a great location, clean store and is well kept. Nice shopping experience with a really good atmosphere. Everything is fresh and organized. I had some trouble with the self checkout and Monica helped us out... She was very courteous and helpful with a positive attitude. Thank You so much for your assistance. You're awesome! 🌞❤🌟

Updated Review: Besides Monica as mentioned in my previous review, customer service is okay. However the employees are not really friendly... At least for about 4 that I have come across on different occasions. And although it's really nice and organized, it always smells very fishy even towards the front of the store/entrance way.

I can understand that being near the seafood market area, but not everywhere in there. Maybe you can do something about that because this is a 24 hour store and people from other cities visit Amarillo often. So this location is high traffic and visited a lot.

Can't have people saying "Amarillo is nice, but that UM on 45th is a bit funky" 😷Lol😆 Not even trying to be funny. Seriously please let's represent Amarillo better ! ♥

United is one of the most kind, professional, excellent businesses that I’ve had the pleasure to shop at. Their commitment to hiring special needs associates is, and this is putting it lightly, a gift to the community.

United Supermarket on 45th and Bell is my all-time fave in grocery stores! Their staff are always so helpful with smiles on their faces!! They treat you as if you’re old friends with happiness on their faces and it’s shown in their work! That store is always clean and the aisles are clear of obstruction! The produce here, is without question, the freshest you will find in a grocery store! The meat, whether it be ground beef, roasts, T-bone steaks or (my faves!) the Ribeyes, their meat is fresh, freshly cut and so very tender! Their pork, chicken and veal are all exceptional in color, taste and texture! And if you’re having a problem finding something, they will stop what they’re doing and take you to the things you can’t find! This is how grocery stores were back in the day! Big box stores just don’t have that personal, down-home feel as this United does!! Love this store!

I've always loved united. They have great customer service and take your groceries out to your car for you. I could go to Walmart for slightly cheaper prices, but I prefer to not have to scan my own groceries, especially with a toddler in tow.

United on Bell has amazing staff, prices, and selection. I miss the salad bar however. Titus is one awesome cashier. Friendly, funny, and polite. I love that they still carry out your groceries. Bonus...they are open 24/7
