I got on the 5miles app and saw their post for a W/D. Of course, one is skeptical when browsing those apps but they were quick to respond and were very helpful when I had questions about stackable versus side by side. Trust that they’re real!! They were professional when moving and installing the machines and were very thorough to check for any leaks. 100000% am recommending them to my family for future purchases and servicing of W/D machines.

These guys have been incredible! Their delivery guys are so nice and thorough. We also had an issue with our washer and they were so great to get someone out as soon as possible and the repair was painless and simple! The price for the washer and dryer was reasonable and they are just really nice people! Highly recommend 🙌🏻

Hands down this place rocks and has a customer for life right here! We needed to replace our washer and dryer. They have high end products at a fair price. They repair and stand behind their promises. What amazes me is the high quality of customer service. Thanks to Andrew who took the call and help me out by picking a used washer and dryer. Just what I needed for moving into a new place. I like the fact that it comes with a 30-day warranty, which helps with buying used equipment.

So when you order they'll deliver for a small fee but they will install. they provide the hoses for both the washer and the dryer.

I also want to thank Danny and Ed for delivering it making sure that it was plugged in correctly. All the hoses were correctly done and that there were no leaks and they calibrated the washing machine for me which is really great. They were professional, quick and the big bonus, they were here when they said they were going to be here

bought a refrigerator from them and it was below my budget and looks beautiful in my kitchen . when we needed a very minor repair for it , they had someone at my house within a few hours . This is our new go to guys . perfect when you need appliances now and can’t or don’t want to buy brand new at outrageously high prices. Not to mention the guys there are just the absolute greatest. Cannot begin to express how speedy and precise the installation was. Had an excellent time conversing with the owner, Danny, as well - personable guy, clearly cares about his employees, his business, and his family. Man went out of his way to secure us another washer/dryer combo after the set we initially hoped to purchase was bought. Strongly recommend giving City Wide your business - you won't regret it!

They were prompt, courteous, and thorough in ensuring our new washer/dryer worked and was EXTREMELY respectful of our home (not banging into the door frames etc) - also had an excellent upbeat attitude! He is also extremely respectful of his employees which really demonstrates a healthy work ethic. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!!

Update: Yay! My friend and her new hubby will be seeing y'alls delivery soon! They can't wait! First house and they wanted a real washer and dryer from a business that actually cares and backs their warranties up. Thank you!!!!
Most definitely coming back and bringing my sister and her husband when they move into their new home next month! Friendly as can be, honest, additional warranties at no cost, not to mention their prices, service, and condtion of their goods is much better than Home Depot.
Also, they do affordable delivery. I was able to stay in my budget and have some extra left over.

I've came though and read the reviews and seen there are 2 strange reviews with the same last names (Ironic right?) that does not mirror this company at all. City Wide Appliances and the owner along with the employees are the most respectful, upstanding, professional people you could ever do business with! I've personally seen their vehicles time to time around town. Sometimes full and sometimes empty. And I've never seen any "Drunk" or dangerous driving from any of their trucks. I wanted to say sorry your company has a negative Nancy that is trying to portray you as something you're clearly not. I know for myself and all of your other customers you guys do business with can vouch as well. Keep up the good work guys!

I have watched my father build this business from the ground up. Literally working out of his garage to where he is now. The way he hands business is inspiring and I believe that if you are looking for anything to do with appliances this is the team to get ahold of.
