I was looking for a cover for an iPad and a screen cover. They were very helpful and showed my wife and I the options. We made our choice and checked out. The clerk was also very courteous . The prices were reasonable and our experience was good. We were in and out in about 20 minutes.

1st time ever in a best buy. We don't have them where we live. We traveled a little over an hour to go to this one. It was great! Big selection. Friendly helpful staff! Would recommend! My daughter got what she wanted. We will be back!

Another hurried trip. No time for pictures but a shout out to one of the most helpful employees I’ve ever met. She went out of her way to piece together some amplifier cord and also sold me a pair of Dr. Dre’s Bass Beats Studio buds. Best buy I’ve made in a while ( no pun intended).

We bought my mother an Apple phone, iPad and watch to better ensure communication and safety. The entire team at the local Charleston, WV store went above and beyond to ensure they were up and functioning despite several delays not of their making. They were professional, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. This excellent service has been seen in every visit and purchase. Employees were super helpful. All I needed was a radio receiver, but the employee gave me more than I needed with his attention and understanding of what I needed. With him helping me, I was in and out very quickly and felt very happy with my experience there! I just wish I remembered his name so he could get a proper pat on the back for his efforts!
