I am 100% satisfied with Ft. Worth Billiards, we came in last weekend and purchased a pre owned table. Everyone there is super friendly and took good care of us. Kyle and Denzel delivered our table and set it up, they were on time, professional and very courteous. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or pre owned table.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. I surprised my husband for his birthday with an upgrade to his table. My husband is a huge cowboys fan and Louis assisted me with picking the correct Cowboys Navy blue to recover his table along with pockets. My husband purchased his table over 13yrs ago at ftw billiards and it still looks impeccable. Kyle did our delivery the 1st time and did the recover, excellent work! Kyle even communicated when he was to arrive and was precise. My husband was so happy and surprised. Thank you ftw Billiards for helping me to make my husband's birthday surprise a success. One more thing. I did everything over the phone and it turned out PERFECT!

I had such fun in the store. I was like a kid in a candy store. And the salesman wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive items, he was selling me the most sensible for what I was asking. Then when they delivered my table, the gentlemen couldn't have been more polite, professional and helpful.

I have used FTW Billiards several times through the years, including the service they helped me with yesterday and I will always continue to shop at their store or use their pool table assembling services. When I called to see if I could schedule help moving my pool table to a new location, they were very responsive and quick to help get me on their schedule. They gave me a heads up when they were in route and showed up when they said they would. The two gentlemen Kyle & Oscar were very polite and they were very eager to help get everything set the way I was hoping for. I asked for their opinion for where to place the pool table in the new location and I found their expertise very helpful. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were at getting it disassembled and reassembled. Their workmanship was 2nd to none, they did an outstanding job and took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. On top of that, I was a bit taken back and star struck to have gotten to meet such an awesome TCU star running back! Kyle was one of our family’s favorite RB’s! I just couldn’t believe it! He was generous enough to autograph our TCU flag! What a humble and kind gentleman! Thank you very much FTW Billiards!

Purchased a Lucasi Rival case from here. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Price was better than other stores. Ordered Tuesday night and it was delivered on Saturday with the no cost shipping option. When I called Wednesday morning to ask a question regarding tracking the shipment, my call was answered first ring by a very polite lady who quickly handled my issue and even told me she saw her coworker boxing my order as we spoke. Package arrived well wrapped and undamaged. I will definitely order from here again.

We highly recommend this place, the staff is highly knowledgeable. Very professional at what they do. We are so happy with our pool table. They had the pool table in stock and we didn’t have to wait for it to be installed. Got it the next day.

The two men that came to set up the pool table. We’re on time if not, even a few minutes early, the set up was complete and extremely professional. I am extremely happy with the pool table. We have purchased a billiard table, foosball, and a ping-pong table from Fort Worth Billiards. They are first class operation, their delivery service has been excellent over the several years we have made these purchases. Excellent organization and highly recommend them.

This Fort Worth Billiards Superstore is awesome!! They have the best price on 3seconds cue case. I just purchased a 3X5 blk on blk. I can't believe they even including shpping which I only bought one case. Shipping boxing and packing very good and shipping time reasonable. If I can give them more than 5 starts I would. Many other stores are out of stock and when I email, online messages, and Facebook message I did not get reply like 3 weeks later.

This is the second time working with Fort Worth billiards. They were a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and kept the communication open along the way. We love the work they have done with the new Felt and the care they took in moving our table to our new home.
