I was initially skeptical about another VCA clinic after an extremely poor experience at Deer Creek. I finally accepted that not all clinics would be the same and I'm glad I did! Ive seen both Dr. Hoglund and chouffot. They have such a passion for helping animals. Some of the nicest people I've ever met too. A little more pricey than some other clinics but definitely willing to pay for it for people I trust with my animals. Our new puppy's spay went better than any one we have had anywhere else previously. Definitely give this place a shot!

Just wanted to take a minute to say a little something about VCA animal hospital.
Week before last was a very hard time for my family as we lost our German shepherd of 11 years! He's been there for us for so long! Thru some really great times and some really hard times. He's been such a big part of our lives it was hard to let go.
But threw out these difficult times I just cant say enough good things about everyone at vca animal hospital for all of their heart felt kindness and compassion they showed us. They even sent a card that everyone signed. It was very kind and thoughtful.
And also to the woman who was there as we had say goodbye that left a donation to help with everything. We can't thank you enough! That was such a kind and loving gesture. We're sending you hugs! We appreciate you more than you could know!

Our experience was a very positive one. We had been to VCA once before and because our dog was aggressive, it wasnt the best experience. I was a little apprehensive to return but so very glad we did. We saw Dr Hoglund and both he and his assistant were so laid back and friendly and put us all, including the patient, at ease! He was able to perform the exam with no problem. They explained the situation and let us chose the options that best fit our budget and would help our senior dog feel better. We never felt pressured and I am so grateful for his consideration in regards to that. Dr Hoglund and his team definitely won us over!

The staff here is great! Always feel our animals are in good hands. Amazing customer service. Clean offices and reception area...reasonable prices...we couldn't ask for more. Thank you all for helping us get our Maggie Moon Pie off to a healthy start.

Friendly, clean, and organized. They list all the pet's names that are scheduled to be seen that day and put it on display outside the entance! I love seeing all the names people choose to name their pets. Our yorkshire terrier is "Rod Stewart" he totally has the real Rod's hair... the day of our appointment there was a "Tom Petty" and some other singer seen as well. Coolest thing is they text you instead of call to let you know what is going on and to check-up on your animal after the visit. I love that! Best Vet clinic I have been to.

I bring my dog Apollo here pretty frequently since he has lots of skin issues. I always have a great experience and they are always quick to get him seen for his appointments and they genuinely care about him. Their team is always so nice and Dr. Hoglund and Amanda especially are always so welcoming and give him lots of love during his exams! He used to be nervous all the time and now he willingly jumps in the car. They have gone through lots of options to try and help him and have also been really considerate towards our budget. I think they can be expensive sometimes, but it’s actually a pretty decent price comparatively and they have been able to make adjustments to the treatment based on what we can afford at the time. Apollo still has his breakthrough problems, but he looks and acts like a brand new dog!

Thanks you Dr. Bearden for making Rileys last 6 months bearable and happy! Can not thank you enough for all you did for him!

I got my kitten, Shadow, Sunday night. I made her an appointment that night for Tuesday online, which was super easy. Our first visit was free, even got a goodies bag. Everyone was nice and respectful. We saw Dr. Becky Burk who was AMAZING. She explained everything to me and i didn't feel rushed. They also have a wonderful care plan that i will be signing up for in about 2 weeks. I loved this place, i feel confident that even if i move i will still make the drive just to come here!

They are thorough. Dr. Burke saw both my chihuahuas and was knowledgeable and compassionate. They gave my dog a great cleaning and extractions and even had a welcome sign for him the day of his procedure. Very cute!

If you can afford it I highly recommend careclub if you have an elderly dog. I can take her for a check up whenever I feel nervous for her.

Dr. Bearden is literally the best vet I have ever had. I dont know what I would have done without him. I certainly wouldn't have my babygirl with me anymore. Every day I have with her is one more day I owe to the team at Mercedes Place VCA. I dont live or work nearby anymore but still travel across town to go to them specifically.

I honestly have never actually trusted a Vet clinic until now. They are part of a national chain, so if you travel the records are widely accessible. They take the time to explain exactly what is needed and why, to make sure you're as informed (and comfortable) as possible about your pets care. Then to top it off, we received a follow up phone call to check and make sure things were progressing well. 100% would recommend.

Thoughtful, caring, professional and just wonder people work here at Benbrook VCA. Have cared for all my fur family members for years and when the inevitable time comes to help them cross over we as a family really believe you couldn't ask for a more compassionate group of professionals help this tearful process. Showing heartfelt compassion during, immediately after and just recieved loving hand signed card from staff almost 2 weeks after our loss. Will always take our 4 legged ones to these wonderful professionals and you should too.

We have had many animals and been with this clinic since it was on Mercedes. Dr. Murphey has been our long time vet and is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and compassionate. Several other vets have filled in over the years if she wasn't there and they were also great. The staff is exceptional in care and customer service. They have helped my many pets through very difficult surgeries and saved their lives time and time again. They also provided compassionate end of life care when needed for my older guys' final exits. There is no better clinic/hospital in the area.

Every time I go to take the animals to see Dr. Burke she is so sweet and caring. She will explain everything that is goin on with your pet. If u have questions she will listen and answer. The staff there is awesome!! So kind. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else!

I was unsure what to do with my senior dog, and they helped me. So amazing and they handled everything. I can't thank them enough.

I feel extremely comfortable taking my Dog (Zack) here, Zack was acting funny which made me worried so I took him in. Lee Hampton was his vet and has been every time I bring him in, he remembered Zack even though it has been over a year since he was there, did a complete check and truly cared about what could be wrong. He also called me the next day personally to see how he was doing. I will not take Zack any where else! %100 recommend this animal hospital for all of your pets needs!

Dr. Hampton and Dr. Murphy are wonderful. My spaniel mix suddenly had seizures at age 14, and they guided me through caring for her and worked with me until we found the right combination of medications. She lived another 19 months! When her time finally came, they made saying goodbye as kind and gentle as possible. My entire family uses VCA Mercedes Place - you cannot get better care!

VCA Mercedes Place is a quality care center for your pet. I've never gotten more that the best service from them for our animals. I've tried cheaper vets but they ended up not being cheaper nor did they perform all the necessary services required. You get what you pay for in life and with VCA Mercedes Place the quality and care is second to none. I've only worked with Dr. Burk and Dr. Bearden, but both have been fantastic. Highly recommend!

This is the best place! They are so kind and really care about your pet. When our dog dies they even sent us a card signed by all employees.
