Crocs at Tanger Outlets Fort Worth

Love it. It was my first time to visit and found more styles than that I know on the website. Sandals and slippers look so nice plus they had good discounts. The employees are helpful and smiley.

On Thursday, my Spanish-speaking mother visited the store to purchase some Crocs. She encountered a young African American associate who demonstrated exceptional kindness by utilizing Google Translate to bridge the language gap and assist our family with the purchase. We are sincerely grateful for her patience and willingness to go above and beyond, particularly in navigating such a significant language barrier. This thoughtful gesture truly resonated with us and left a lasting impression.

Rebecca was amazingly helpful and very pleasant to work with. First time Croc buyer and will definitely come back here for future purchases, solely because of her.

Kyle made sure me and my wife get all the charms we wanted, and helped our friends figure out our sizes. Super friendly dude, thank you Kyle.

The best Crocs I have had on my feet. The young lady was helpful. Not sure if the man coming out the back was management but he was not friendly, had a attitude cause he had to put the shoes back in the right place. Was loud and forceful with the boxes.

What a great store! I love Crocs! We had a marvelous time and the staff were so patient and helpful! They have a great selection! I found a great pair of Vera Bradley Crocs! They even had a Nightmare Before Christmas pair! We totally overspent! But now we all have durable comfy shoes! My 2 year old now has a light up pair with the X wing on it! And the charms are all buy 3 get one free! I totally loved this store! Don't buy Crocs any where else!

There are only 10 people allowed in the store at a time , there is a long line first shopping day after Christmas BUT Anthony was AMAZING ! They came out to the line , asked for sizes , let you know what was + wasn’t available so that you weren’t in the line just to be disappointed . The customer service was worth the wait . Very organized + safe

Went here with a friend today. Madison was SO helpful even though we both are a bit picky and needy, she even helped me find a pair of shoes in the kids section that I liked better than the adult shoes. So creative. Also, Anythony is a very nice fella! They offered us coupons that even stacked with the Tanger coupon and we got 3 pairs for $100 due to a clearance sale. Great experience.

Fantastic selection of crocs. They also have a decent sized clearance section in the store. The store clerks were friendly. The store is open on week days until 9PM, which is very convenient. They have classic crocs, sandals, men's, and the jibbitz.
