I broke a glass globe on an island pendant light in my apartment. The lighting group/manufacturer refused to sell me a replacement and sent me here. Teri helped me with the manufacturer and stayed in constant contact via email and I got it in the mail relatively quickly.

We came in to pick out some fixtures for our new home and found a huge selection with lots of options. Taylor was so helpful and patient with us while we made our decisions we couldn’t be happier. Prices were comparable to the other places we looked but the quality of the fixtures her seemed nicer here.

I love this place. I was having difficulty finding a vent hood for an open peninsula kitchen. They had a wonderful selection and installation was perfect.

I visited the Ferguson location in FW after getting the run around by another local hardware and plumbing supply company. The other company promised me price quotes three different times and never followed through. I spent over $25,000 with Ferguson and would have done the same with the first company. I wish Danielle Urbana at Ferguson had been the first person I visited. She followed through on all of her promises for pricing and deliverie. They have an incredible selection of plumbing, lighting, kitchen and bath hardware, appliances, countertops and mirrors. Danielle followed my architect's remodeling plans, ordered every single item to exact specifications, caught mistakes that were made on the plans, made suggestions for items to give a cohesive design look to my entire home AND did it all with a huge amount of patience. Initially, I did not visit Ferguson because I mistakenly assumed it was a high-priced store in a very expensive location. I learned that they are price competitive and are 10 to 15 percent higher than internet suppliers. It was well worth every extra penny. Without Danielle's guidance, mistakes would not have been caught and subsequent work would have been delayed. I highly recommend her services and I recommend Ferguson for the huge selection of merchandise, good pricing and easy to understand price quotes with pictures of every item, as well as the necessary specs. Check them out. You will be impressed, too.
