I came here because my battery light had come on, and I needed a system scan. Not only did I discover that my alternator needed replacing, but I also received invaluable assistance from Christian Johnson, who went above and beyond to help diagnose further issues.

It turned out that my negative battery plug was loose and my spark plugs needed replacement. After making those changes, my car is now running like new!

I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Christian was! He was very friendly and dedicated to ensuring my vehicle's problems were resolved.

Amazing customer service! Ryan Champion was great jumping to our service when our battery wouldn’t stay charged. Super hot out but went above and beyond to fix us up. Thanks to everyone at this location! We even waited in the AC while they charged it.

It was late into the night when I walked through the door and my car had just broken down, they charged my battery, gave it a jump, and my car still didn't work, however, they were able to get me the battery my car needed with enough of a charge to be able to make it home and then to a mechanic the next day, Employee's name who helped me is also named Ryan and he seems like a good kid, even when they were closed they tried their best to help me up until I had to leave, thank you guys so much!

Christian Johnson is a Beast in Customer service he went above and beyond helping the customers in front of me and he basically told me how to fix my AC problem In 10 mins. Saving me hundreds of dollars a mechanic was telling me it's my compressor along with other things and that was not the case at all.... That same day My neighbors AC went out in his truck he took it to Firestone they told him in about 2hrs. They'll be able to look at it but they charge around 350 or a little more. I asked him have they started on it he said no I told him about Christian at AutoZone he said ok let's go get my truck and head to AutoZone so we did just that. once at AutoZone looking for Christian they said he was at lunch o couldn't wait with my neighbor but he called later that day and said when Christian came he told him how to fix his AC also saving him hundreds of dollars also so big shout out to my boy Christian @ AutoZone N Waco Dr💯🦾

Mr. Stefan (the gentleman with the glasses and I believe he's the manager) helped me fix my alternator and saved me from buying a new one. His knowledge and experience was able to pin point what was wrong with my alternator and helped me fix the problem. God bless him and we need more people like him. However much ya'll are paying him make sure he gets double his worth!

I just had an amazing experience at the AutoZone on Waco Drive! An employee by the name of Ira went above and beyond to meet my car needs. He also showed me some parts my car needs, and recommended two shops. We need more people like Ira on the job! I will be returning for my future car needs!
